Claims (5)

  1. 밸브로 제어되는 입구와 공급용기로 부터 분출구를 통하여 발포성 물질을 방출하기 위해 형성된 방출통로를 갖춘 펌프본체를 구비하며, 상기 펌프는 상기 분출구를 통하여 발포성 물질을 밖으로 학산되게 분사시킬 수 있으며, 상기 펌프 하우징 위에 밖에서 결합되고 상기분출구를 포함하면서 횡으로 납작하게 연장되어 있는 벽을 갖춘 발포 노즐 캡을 구비하며, 상기 캡은 여하한 공기 흡입통로 수단도 갖추고 있지 않으며 또한 상기 캡은 상기 벽으로 부터 종방향으로 밖으로 연장되어 있는 발포 칼라를 갖추며, 상기 칼라는 상기 배출구로 부터 반경방향으로 미리 정해진 방향만큼 떨어져 있는 안쪽면을 가지며, 상기 안쪽면은 상기 벽으로 부터 종방향으로 미리 정해진 거리에서 끝이나며 또한 분사될 물질이 상기 칼라의 내면에 충돌이 되어 전적으로 교란효과에 의하여 상기 면으로 부터 거품으로 방출되기 때문에 상기 분출구룰 통해서 분출되는 분사물질이 난류가 되도록 상기 안쪽면은 밖으로 확산되어 분무되는 통로상에 놓여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 물질을 거품으로 분사하기 위한 수동 펌프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 칼라의 안쪽면이 밖으로 확산되어 지는 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 물질을 거품으로 분사하기 위한 수동 펌프.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 칼라의 안쪽면이 원통형인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 물질을 거품으로 분사하기 위한 수동 펌프.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 칼라의 안쪽면이 원뿔형인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 물질을 거품으로 분사하기 위한 수동 펌프.
  5. 노즐 캡의 납작하고 횡으로 연장되어 있는 벽에 형성되어 있는 분출구를 통하여 발포성 물질을 밖으로 확산되게 분무시키는 단계와 또한 분출구로 부터 반경방향으로 거리를 두고 있으며 분출구의 하류쪽을 둘러싸고 있는 노즐 캡의 칼라의 안쪽면에 상기의 분무되는 발포성 물질을 충돌시켜 순전히 난류효과에 의하여 거품을 발생시킴으로써 상기 분무되는 물질을 상기 분출구를 떠날때 난류로 되게하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동 분사기로부터 노즐 캡을 통하여 발포성 물질을 거품으로 방출시키는 방법.
