Claims (7)
- 엔진의 출력측에 접속되는 마찰클러치, 이 마찰클러치를 조작하는 클러치용 작동기, 상기 마찰클러치에 입력축이 접속되는 치차식 변속기, 이 치차식 변속기의 변속위치를 절환하는 변속위치 절환수단, 상기 엔진에 연료를 공급하는 연료분사 펌프의 제어 래크를 조작하는 래크용 작동기 및 차량의 운전상태를 검출하는 운전상태 검출수단과 이 운전상태 검출수단으로 부터의 신호에 따라 상기 치차식 변속기의 변속위치를 변화시키는 것을 판정하는 변속과정 수단과 이 변속판정 수단으로 부터의 신호에 따라 상기 래크용 작동기를 작동시켜서 상기 제어 래크를 공회전 위치 방향으로 서서히 이동시키는 연료감량 제어수단과 상기 연료감량 제어수단의 동작에 따라 마찰클러치를 차단상태로 하도록 클러치용 작ㄷ공기를 작동시키는 클러치 차단수단과 상기 마찰클러치의 차단에 따라 치차식 변속 위치를 상기 변속판정 수단에서 결정된 변속위치가 되도록 상기 변속위치 절환수단을 작동시키는 변속 지령수단과 상기 변속위치 절환수단의 작동완료 후 상기 출력축과 상기 입력축이 거의 동일한 회전수가 되도록 상기 제어 래크를 이동시키는 연료증량 제어수단과 이 연료증량 제어수단으로 부터의 신호에 따라 마찰클러치를 접합방향으로 이동하도록 상기 클러치용 작동기를 작동시키는 클러치 제어수단과 클러치용 작동기의 상기 작동중에 상기 운전상태검출수단으로 부터 얻어지는 상기 출력축의 회전수와 상기 입력축의 회전수와의 차가 규정치 이하로 되었음을 검출하면 운전상태 검출수단이 검출하고 있는 가속폐달의 답입량에 따른 위치로 상기 제어 래크를 서서히 이동시키도록 래크용 작동기를 작동시키는 래크 북귀 제어수단을 갖는 제어장치를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동변속장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 변속판정 수단이 저속측으로의 변속이라고 판정한 때에 마찰클러치 판단후의 엔진회전수가 변속판정수단의 판정처리 이전의 엔진회전수로 되도록 제어래크를 공회전 위치 방향으로 서서히 이동시키는 연료감량 제어수단과, 상기 이동후 작동하는 클러치 차단수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동변속장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 변속판정 수단이 고속측으로의 변속이라고 판정한 때에 마찰 클러치 판단후의 엔진이 공회전수로 되도록 제어 래크를 공회전 위치 방향으로 서서히 이동시키는 연료감량제어 수단과, 이 이동에 따라서 마찰 클러치를 차단시키는 클러치 차단수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동변속장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연료감량 제어수단 및 래크복귀 제어수단이 래크용 작동기를 단계적으로 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동변속장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 클러치 차단수단의 작동에 따라서 엔진의 배기 브레이크 작동을 정지시키는 정지수단과, 래크복귀 제어 수단의 작동에 따라 상기정지수단의 작동을 해제하는 해제수단을 갖는 제어장치를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동변속장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 마찰 클러치 차단에 따라서 상기 변속판정 수단에서 검출된 변속이 규정 변속위치이하이면 치차식변속기를 중립위치로 하도록 변속위치 절환수단을 작동시키는 중립위치 지령수단과, 그 중립위치 지령수단의 신호에 의해 마찰클러치를 접합시키는 클러치 제어수단과, 상기 클러치 제어수단의 동작에 따라 래크용 작동기를 연료중량 방향으로 작동시키는 연료중량 제어수단과, 마찰 클러치를 차단시키도록 클러치용 작동기를 작동시킴과 동시에 상기 변속 판정수단에서 결정된 변속위치가 되도록 변속위치 절환수단을 작동시키는 변속 지령 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동변속장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 래크용 작동기를 제어하는 엔진 제어기와, 상기 엔진 제어기로 부터의 공급전압에 의해 가속페달의 답입량에 따른 신호를 출력하는 운전상태 검출수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동변속장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
