Description
Claims (14)
- 탄성체의 씨일링 수단과 피스톤 사이에 배치되어 있고 피스톤로드와 하우징측벽을 각각 미끄러질 수 있게 맞물고 있는 부유(浮遊) 씨일링 부재와, 탄성체 씨일링 수단과 피스톤 사이의 하우징 측벽에 안쪽으로 돌출되어 있으며 부유씨일링 부재를 탄성체 씨일링 부재와 이 정지수단 사이에서의 움직임을 제한하도록 탄성체 씨일링 부재로부터 일정거리 떨어져 있는 정지수단으로 구성되는, 측벽과 양쪽 단부벽을 가지며 피스톤로드끝에 달린 피스톤이 내부에서 왕복하기에 적합하고 내부에는 압축유체를 피스톤로드가 관통하는 한 단부벽 가까이에는 피스톤로드를 미끄러질수 있게 맞물고 있는 탄성체 씨일링 부재를 가지는 하우징과 피스톤로드 사이의 씨일.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부유 씨일링 부재와 탄성체 씨일링 수단이 그 사이에 크기가 변하는 내실을 형성하며 그 내실에 액체를 가지는 씨일.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부유 씨일링 부재가 피스톤로드와 하우징 측벽을 각각 미끄러질 수 있게 맞물고 있는 탄성씨일링 부재, 탄성씨일링 부재와 탄성씨일링 수단 사이에 배치된 강체 보강부재를 가지는 씨일.
- 제3항에 있어서, 탄성 씨일링부재와 보강부재가 서로 고착되어 있는 씨일.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부유 씨일링부재를 구속하기 위하여 탄성체 씨일링수단 가까이 하우징 측벽에 안쪽으로 돌출하여 있는 둘째 정지수단을 가지는 씨일.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피스톤로드를 지지하기 위하여 하우징 측벽에 설치되어 부유씨일링부재와 피스톤을 맞물고 있기에 적합한 부싱을 포함하는 씨일.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부유 씨일링 부재와 탄성체 씨일링수단 사이에서 작동할 수 있게끔 배설되어 정지수단을 향하여 부유씨일링부재를 밀치며 정지수단으로부터의 부유씨일링이 떨어질려는 움직임을 탄성적으로 지지하는 수단을 가지는 씨일.
- 측벽과 막힌 단부벽 그리고 구멍뚫린 단부벽을 가지고 밀폐된 공동을 내부에 가지는 실린더, 구멍뚫린 단부벽을 통하여 실린더 공동의 안쪽 혹은 바깥쪽으로 축방향으로 움직이는 피스톤로드, 피스톤로드 끝에 달려 실린더 공동안에서 축방향운동을 하는 피스톤, 공동안의 압축된 유체, 구멍뚫린 단부벽에 인접해 있고 피스톤로드를 감싸고 있는 고정씨일링 부재를 포함하는 공기스프링에 있어서, 고정씨일링 부재와 피스톤 사이에 배설되어 있고, 피스톤로드를 감싸고 있는 부유(浮遊) 씨일링 수단, 고정씨일링 수단과 피스톤 사이의 측벽에 안쪽으로 돌출되어 있고 부유씨일링수단이 고정씨일링수단과 이 정지수단 사이에서만 움직이도록 하는 부유씨일링수단을 구속하는 정지수단에 개량점이 있는 공기 스프링.
- 제8항에 있어서, 부유씨일링수단과 고정씨일링수단이 그들 사이에 용적이 변할 수 있는 내실을 형성하고 그 안에 액체를 가지는 스프링.
- 제8항에 있어서, 부유씨일링수단과 피스톤로드를 둘러싸는 탄성체 씨일링 부재와 그 탄성체 씨일링부재와 고정씨일링부재 사이에 배설된 강체(剛體)의 보강부재를 가지는 스프링.
- 제10항에 있어서, 탄성체 씨일링부재와 보강부재가 서로 고착되어 있는 스프링.
- 제8항에 있어서, 부유씨일링수단을 구속하기 위하여 고정씨일링수단에 인접하여 실린더측벽에 안으로 돌출하여 있는 두번째 정지수단을 가지는 스프링.
- 제8항에 있어서, 피스톤로드를 지지하며 부유씨일링수단과 피스톤을 구속하기에 적합하도록 실린더 측벽위에 설치되어 있는 부싱을 가지는 스프링.
- 제8항에 있어서, 부유씨일링부재를 정지수단쪽으로 탄성적으로 밀치며 부유씨일링부재를 정지수단에서 떨어지는 방향의 움직임을 탄성적으로 저지하기 위한 수단을 갖춘 스프링.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
