Description
Claims (12)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)로 표시되는 화합물을 2-아미노옥시-2-메틸-프로판산 또는 그 염과 반응시키고, 하기 일반식중 R이 아미노 보호기인 경우에는 그 화합물을 탈보호 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(Ⅴ)로 표시되는 화합물의 제조 방법.상기식중, R은 수소 또는 아미노 보호기이고, R1은 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬기이며, M는무기양이온 또는 치환암모늄이온이고, M1은 수소원자, 무기양이온 또는 치환암모늄 이온이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하기 일반식(I)의 화합물 또는 그 염을 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물과 커플링시켜 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 수득한 다음 이 화합물을 산화 시켜서 상기 일반식(Ⅳ)로 표시되는 반응물질으르 수득함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R이 아미노 보호기인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R1이 수소인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R1이 α-메틸기인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R이 포르밀기 또는 수소인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 하기 일반식으로 표시되는 화합물.상기 일반식에서 나타낸 기호들은 제1항에서 정의한 바와같다.
