Claims (8)
- 일반식(Ⅲ)의 알콕시니트로피리딘 또는 이의 염을 약 50℃내지 약 150℃에서 암모늄아세테이트와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아미노니트로피리딘의 제조방법.상기식에서, R1은 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬이고, X 및 Z중 하나는 CH이며, 다른 하나는 N이고, R2는 C1-C4알콕시이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1이 수소인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, X는 N이고, Z는 CH인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, X는 CH이고 Z는 N인 방법.
- 제3 또는 4항에 있어서, R2가 에톡시인 방법.
- 제3 또는 4항에 있어서, R2가 메톡시인 방법.
- 제3 또는 4항에 있어서, 적당한 용매를 받응 혼합물중에 사용하는 방법.
