Claims (9)
- 표면처리 강판을 드로오잉·아이어닝 가공함으로서 얻어지고, 상대적으로 두꺼운 관저부와 상대적으로 엷은 관동부로 구성되고, 이 관동부 또는 과저부와의 접속부에는 이음매가 없는 드로오잉·아이어닝 가공관에 있어서 이 드로오잉·아이어닝 가공관의 관동부는 0.01 내지 1.70g/㎡의 주석을 함유하느 표면층을 지니고, 이 표면층은 노출면적비가 15 내지 80%의 (i) 주석-철 합금층 또는 (ⅱ) 철면과 주석-철 합금층과의 조합으로 구성되고, 또 관저부위 표면은 주석도금 피복층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 드러오잉·이이어닝 가공캔.
- 표면층은 25 내지 60%의 노출 면적비를 가지는 제1항 기재의 캔.
- 관저부는 0.05 내지 2.80g/㎡의 주석 도금량을 가지는 제1항 기재의 캔.
- 캔은 인산염처리, 인산-크롬 산처리 또는 크롬산 처리되는 제1항 기재의 캔.
- 주석 도금 강판을 펀치와 다이스로 드로오잉 가공 및 아이어닝 가공으로 형성되는 드로오잉㎡아이어닝 가공 캔의 제조법에 있어서 주석 도금강파으로서 주석 도금량이 0.05 내지 2.80g/㎡의 주석도금 강판을 사용하여 아이어닝 가공으로 얻어지는 드로오잉·아이어닝 가공컵을 150℃이상의 온도로 가열하여 컵측벽부 표면의 주석도금 피복층을 주석-철 합금층으로 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 드로오잉·아이어닝 가공캔의 제조법.
- 주석 도금 강판이 리플로우판인 제5항 기재의 방법.
- 주석 도금 강판이 0.2 내지 4미크론의 평균 표면 거칠기를 가지는 무광택판인 제5항 기재의 방법.
- 이아어닝률이 40 내지 80%가 되도록 아이어닝 가공을 실시하는 제5항의 기재의 방법.
- 가열을 150℃ 내지 232℃의 온도로 15초 내지 10분간 실시하는 제5항의 기재의 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
