제1도는 본 발명의 드로오잉 아이어닝 가공캔의 전체의 구조를 표시한 도면.
제2도는 제1도의 드로오잉 아이어닝 가공캔의 캔저부(Ⅱ)의 단면을 확대해서 표시한 도면.
제3도는 제1도의 드로오잉 아이어닝 가공캔의 캔저부(Ⅲ)의 표면조직의 일예를 확대해서 표시한 도면.
제4도는 관동표면의 분극(分極)과 환원 전류량의 관계를 표시한 분극 곡선이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 표면처리 강판을 드로오잉·아이어닝 가공함으로서 얻어지고, 상대적으로 두꺼운 관저부와 상대적으로 엷은 관동부로 구성되고, 이 관동부 또는 과저부와의 접속부에는 이음매가 없는 드로오잉·아이어닝 가공관에 있어서 이 드로오잉·아이어닝 가공관의 관동부는 0.01 내지 1.70g/㎡의 주석을 함유하느 표면층을 지니고, 이 표면층은 노출면적비가 15 내지 80%의 (i) 주석-철 합금층 또는 (ⅱ) 철면과 주석-철 합금층과의 조합으로 구성되고, 또 관저부위 표면은 주석도금 피복층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 드러오잉·이이어닝 가공캔.
  2. 표면층은 25 내지 60%의 노출 면적비를 가지는 제1항 기재의 캔.
  3. 관저부는 0.05 내지 2.80g/㎡의 주석 도금량을 가지는 제1항 기재의 캔.
  4. 캔은 인산염처리, 인산-크롬 산처리 또는 크롬산 처리되는 제1항 기재의 캔.
  5. 주석 도금 강판을 펀치와 다이스로 드로오잉 가공 및 아이어닝 가공으로 형성되는 드로오잉㎡아이어닝 가공 캔의 제조법에 있어서 주석 도금강파으로서 주석 도금량이 0.05 내지 2.80g/㎡의 주석도금 강판을 사용하여 아이어닝 가공으로 얻어지는 드로오잉·아이어닝 가공컵을 150℃이상의 온도로 가열하여 컵측벽부 표면의 주석도금 피복층을 주석-철 합금층으로 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 드로오잉·아이어닝 가공캔의 제조법.
  6. 주석 도금 강판이 리플로우판인 제5항 기재의 방법.
  7. 주석 도금 강판이 0.2 내지 4미크론의 평균 표면 거칠기를 가지는 무광택판인 제5항 기재의 방법.
  8. 이아어닝률이 40 내지 80%가 되도록 아이어닝 가공을 실시하는 제5항의 기재의 방법.
  9. 가열을 150℃ 내지 232℃의 온도로 15초 내지 10분간 실시하는 제5항의 기재의 방법.
