Claims (11)
- 적어도, 배리어층과, 상기 배리어층의 한쪽면측에 위치하는 열융착성 수지층과, 상기 배리어층의 다른 쪽면측에 위치하는 폴리에스테르 필름을 구비하는 적층체로 구성되어 있고,
상기 폴리에스테르 필름의 복굴절률이, 0.016 이상 0.056 이하의 범위에 있고,
상기 열융착성 수지층은, 폴리올레핀에 의해 2층 이상으로 형성되어 있는, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배리어층은, 알루미늄 합금박에 의해 형성되어 있고,
상기 알루미늄 합금박의 두께는 10㎛ 이상 100㎛ 이하인, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제2항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 합금박의 두께는 10㎛ 이상 80㎛ 이하인, 전지용 포장 재료.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 배리어층과 상기 열융착성 수지층 사이에, 접착층을 구비하고 있고,
상기 접착층과 상기 열융착성 수지층은, 공압출 수지층인, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 필름의 두께에 대한 상기 열융착성 수지층의 두께의 비가 3 미만인, 전지용 포장 재료.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 배리어층과 상기 열융착성 수지층 사이에 접착층을 구비하고, 상기 폴리에스테르 필름의 두께를 1로 한 경우, 상기 폴리에스테르 필름의 두께에 대한 상기 열융착성 수지층 및 상기 접착층의 합계 두께의 비가 3 미만인, 전지용 포장 재료.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열융착성 수지층의 두께가 100㎛ 이하인, 전지용 포장 재료.
- 적어도 정극, 부극 및 전해질을 구비한 전지 소자가, 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전지용 포장 재료에 의해 형성된 포장체 중에 수용되어 있는, 전지.
- 적어도, 폴리에스테르 필름, 배리어층 및 열융착성 수지층이 이 순서로 되도록 적층하여 적층체를 얻는 공정을 구비하고 있고,
상기 폴리에스테르 필름으로서, 복굴절률이 0.016 이상 0.056 이하의 범위에 있는 것을 사용하고,
상기 열융착성 수지층은, 폴리올레핀에 의해 2층 이상으로 형성되어 있는, 전지용 포장 재료의 제조 방법. - 제9항에 있어서, 상기 배리어층과 상기 열융착성 수지층 사이에, 접착층을 구비하고 있고,
상기 접착층과 상기 열융착성 수지층은, 공압출 수지층인, 전지용 포장 재료의 제조 방법. - 전지용 포장 재료에 사용하기 위한 폴리에스테르 필름이며,
상기 전지용 포장 재료는, 적어도, 배리어층과, 상기 배리어층의 한쪽면측에 위치하는 열융착성 수지층과, 상기 배리어층의 다른 쪽면측에 위치하는 폴리에스테르 필름을 구비하는 적층체로 구성되어 있고,
상기 폴리에스테르 필름의 복굴절률이, 0.016 이상 0.056 이하의 범위에 있고,
상기 열융착성 수지층은, 폴리올레핀에 의해 2층 이상으로 형성되어 있는, 폴리에스테르 필름.
