Claims (26)
- 적어도 기재층, 금속층, 및 실란트층이 순차 적층된 적층체를 포함하고,
상기 기재층은, 폴리아미드 수지, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌나 프탈레이트, 폴리부틸렌나프탈레이트 또는 이들의 혼합물 또는 이들의 공중합물의 단층 또는 다층의 수지 필름이며,
상기 금속층은 적어도 한쪽 면에 내산성 피막을 구비한 알루미늄박이고,
상기 실란트층은 폴리올레핀이고,
상기 적층체는, MD 방향에 있어서의 40% 신장 시의 응력값을, MD 방향에 있어서의 10% 신장 시의 응력값으로 나눈 값 A와, TD 방향에 있어서의 40% 신장 시의 응력값을, TD 방향에 있어서의 10% 신장 시의 응력값으로 나눈 값 B의 합 (A+B)가 A+B≥2.50의 관계를 충족하는,
전지용 포장 재료. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 A와 상기 B가 A<B의 관계를 충족하는, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 A가 A≥1.19이고, 또한, 상기 B가 B≥1.31인, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 A가 A≥1.19이고, 또한, 상기 B가 B≥1.31인, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기재층의 MD 방향 및 TD 방향에 있어서의 인장 파단 강도가, 모두 200㎫ 이상이고, 또한, 상기 기재층의 MD 방향 및 TD 방향에 있어서의 인장 파단 신도가, 모두 70 내지 130%의 범위에 있는, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 기재층의 MD 방향 및 TD 방향에 있어서의 인장 파단 강도가, 모두 200㎫ 이상이고, 또한, 상기 기재층의 MD 방향 및 TD 방향에 있어서의 인장 파단 신도가, 모두 70 내지 130%의 범위에 있는, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 기재층의 MD 방향 및 TD 방향에 있어서의 인장 파단 강도가, 모두 200㎫ 이상이고, 또한, 상기 기재층의 MD 방향 및 TD 방향에 있어서의 인장 파단 신도가, 모두 70 내지 130%의 범위에 있는, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 기재층의 MD 방향 및 TD 방향에 있어서의 인장 파단 강도가, 모두 200㎫ 이상이고, 또한, 상기 기재층의 MD 방향 및 TD 방향에 있어서의 인장 파단 신도가, 모두 70 내지 130%의 범위에 있는, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속층은, MD 방향에 대하여 평행 방향의 인장 시험을 행했을 때의 0.2% 내력과, TD 방향에 대하여 평행 방향의 인장 시험을 행했을 때의 0.2% 내력이, 모두 55 내지 140N/㎟의 범위에 있는 알루미늄박인, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 금속층은, MD 방향에 대하여 평행 방향의 인장 시험을 행했을 때의 0.2% 내력과, TD 방향에 대하여 평행 방향의 인장 시험을 행했을 때의 0.2% 내력이, 모두 55 내지 140N/㎟의 범위에 있는 알루미늄박인, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 금속층은, MD 방향에 대하여 평행 방향의 인장 시험을 행했을 때의 0.2% 내력과, TD 방향에 대하여 평행 방향의 인장 시험을 행했을 때의 0.2% 내력이, 모두 55 내지 140N/㎟의 범위에 있는 알루미늄박인, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 금속층은, MD 방향에 대하여 평행 방향의 인장 시험을 행했을 때의 0.2% 내력과, TD 방향에 대하여 평행 방향의 인장 시험을 행했을 때의 0.2% 내력이, 모두 55 내지 140N/㎟의 범위에 있는 알루미늄박인, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 금속층은, MD 방향에 대하여 평행 방향의 인장 시험을 행했을 때의 0.2% 내력과, TD 방향에 대하여 평행 방향의 인장 시험을 행했을 때의 0.2% 내력이, 모두 55 내지 140N/㎟의 범위에 있는 알루미늄박인, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 금속층은, MD 방향에 대하여 평행 방향의 인장 시험을 행했을 때의 0.2% 내력과, TD 방향에 대하여 평행 방향의 인장 시험을 행했을 때의 0.2% 내력이, 모두 55 내지 140N/㎟의 범위에 있는 알루미늄박인, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 금속층은, MD 방향에 대하여 평행 방향의 인장 시험을 행했을 때의 0.2% 내력과, TD 방향에 대하여 평행 방향의 인장 시험을 행했을 때의 0.2% 내력이, 모두 55 내지 140N/㎟의 범위에 있는 알루미늄박인, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 금속층은, MD 방향에 대하여 평행 방향의 인장 시험을 행했을 때의 0.2% 내력과, TD 방향에 대하여 평행 방향의 인장 시험을 행했을 때의 0.2% 내력이, 모두 55 내지 140N/㎟의 범위에 있는 알루미늄박인, 전지용 포장 재료. - 적어도 기재층, 금속층, 및 실란트층이 순차 적층된 적층체를 포함하고,
상기 기재층은, 폴리아미드 수지 또는 폴리에스테르 수지로 이루어지는 단층 필름이거나, 상기 금속층 측으로부터 폴리아미드 수지 및 폴리 에스테르 수지가 적층된 적층 필름이고,
상기 금속층은 알루미늄박이고,
상기 실란트층은 폴리올레핀이고,
상기 적층체의 MD 방향에 있어서의 10% 신장 시의 응력을 A1, TD 방향에 있어서의 10% 신장 시의 응력을 B1이라 하고,
상기 기재층의 MD 방향에 있어서의 10% 신장 시의 응력을 A2, TD 방향에 있어서의 10% 신장 시의 응력을 B2라 했을 경우에 있어서,
(A1-A2)≥60N/15㎜, 및
(B1-B2)≥50N/15㎜,
의 관계를 충족하고,
단, 상기 A1, A2, B1 및 B2는, 각각 JIS K7127의 규정에 준거한 방법으로 샘플 폭을 15mm, 표선 간 거리를 50mm, 인장 속도를 100mm/분의 규정 조건에서 측정된 수치인,
전지용 포장 재료. - 제17항에 있어서,
(A1-A2)와 (B1-B2)의 비가, (A1-A2)/(B1-B2)=1.00 내지 1.20의 관계를 충족하는, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제17항에 있어서,
상기 기재층 표면의 운동 마찰 계수를 C, 상기 실란트층 표면의 운동 마찰 계수를 D라 했을 경우에, 하기의 관계:
C≤0.3,
D≤0.3, 및
C/D=0.5 내지 2.5
를 충족하는, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제18항에 있어서,
상기 기재층 표면의 운동 마찰 계수를 C, 상기 실란트층 표면의 운동 마찰 계수를 D라 했을 경우에, 하기의 관계:
C≤0.3,
D≤0.3, 및
C/D=0.5 내지 2.5
를 충족하는, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제17항에 있어서,
성형 깊이가 4㎜ 이상의 깊이로 성형되는 딥 드로잉용 전지용 포장 재료인, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제18항에 있어서,
성형 깊이가 4㎜ 이상의 깊이로 성형되는 딥 드로잉용 전지용 포장 재료인, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제19항에 있어서,
성형 깊이가 4㎜ 이상의 깊이로 성형되는 딥 드로잉용 전지용 포장 재료인, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제17항 내지 제23항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 적층체의 두께가 120㎛ 이하인, 전지용 포장 재료. - 적어도 정극, 부극, 및 전해질을 구비한 전지 소자가, 제1항 내지 제23항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전지용 포장 재료 내에 수용되어 있는, 전지.
- 적어도 정극, 부극, 및 전해질을 구비한 전지 소자가, 제24항에 기재된 전지용 포장 재료 내에 수용되어 있는, 전지.
