Claims (14)
- 적어도 기재층, 금속층, 및 실란트층이 순차 적층된 적층체를 포함하고,
상기 적층체는, MD 방향에 있어서의 40% 신장 시의 응력/10% 신장 시의 응력의 값 A와, TD 방향에 있어서의 40% 신장 시의 응력/10% 신장 시의 응력의 값 B의 합 (A+B)가 A+B≥2.50의 관계를 충족하는, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 A와 상기 B가 A<B의 관계를 충족하는, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 A가 A≥1.19이고, 또한, 상기 B가 B≥1.31인, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 기재층의 MD 방향 및 TD 방향에 있어서의 인장 파단 강도가, 모두 200㎫ 이상이고, 또한, 상기 기재층의 MD 방향 및 TD 방향에 있어서의 인장 파단 신도가, 모두 70 내지 130%의 범위에 있는, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 금속층은, MD 방향 대하여 평행 방향의 인장 시험을 행했을 때의 0.2% 내력과, TD 방향 대하여 평행 방향의 인장 시험을 행했을 때의 0.2% 내력이, 모두 55 내지 140N/㎟의 범위에 있는 알루미늄박인, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 기재층이, 폴리아미드 수지 및 폴리에스테르 수지 중 적어도 한쪽에 의해 구성되어 있는, 전지용 포장 재료. - 적어도 기재층, 금속층, 및 실란트층이 순차 적층된 적층체를 포함하고,
상기 적층체의 MD 방향에 있어서의 10% 신장 시의 응력을 A1, TD 방향에 있어서의 10% 신장 시의 응력을 B1이라 하고,
상기 기재층의 MD 방향에 있어서의 10% 신장 시의 응력을 A2, TD 방향에 있어서의 10% 신장 시의 응력을 B2라 했을 경우에 있어서,
(A1-A2)≥60N/15㎜, 및
(B1-B2)≥50N/15㎜
의 관계를 충족하는, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제7항에 있어서,
(A1-A2)와 (B1-B2)의 비가, (A1-A2)/(B1-B2)=1.00 내지 1.20의 관계를 충족하는, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,
상기 기재층 표면의 운동 마찰 계수를 C, 상기 실란트층 표면의 운동 마찰 계수를 D라 했을 경우에, 하기의 관계:
C≤0.3,
D≤0.3, 및
C/D=0.5 내지 2.5
를 충족하는, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
성형 깊이가 4㎜ 이상의 깊이로 성형되는 딥 드로잉용 전지용 포장 재료인, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제7항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 적층체의 두께가 120㎛ 이하인, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 금속층 중 적어도 한쪽 면에 화성 처리가 실시되어 있는, 전지용 포장 재료. - 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
이차 전지용 포장 재료인, 전지용 포장 재료. - 적어도 정극, 부극, 및 전해질을 구비한 전지 소자가, 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전지용 포장 재료 내에 수용되어 있는, 전지.
