상기 카보네이트 화합물의 물에 대한 용해도는 10 g/l 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는,

금속시안염 및 증류수를 포함하는 제2 용액을 제조하는 단계;
카보네이트계 착물화제 및 공착물화제를 포함하는 제3 용액을 제조하는 단계;
상기 제1 용액 및 제2 용액을 혼합하는 제1 단계; 및
혼합 용액에 상기 제3 용액을 첨가하여 혼합하는 제2 단계;를 포함하는,
이중금속시안염 촉매 제조 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 카보네이트계 착물화제의 물에 대한 용해도가 40 g/l 이상인 경우,

상기 제2 단계에서 얻어진 혼합 용액에 증류수 및 카보네이트계 착물화제를 포함하는 용액을 첨가하여 혼합하는 제3 단계; 및
제3 단계에서 얻어진 혼합 용액에 상기 제3 용액을 첨가하여 혼합하는 제4 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
이중금속시안염 촉매 제조 방법. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 제3 단계 및 제4 단계는, 적어도 2회 이상의 사이클로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는,
이중금속시안염 촉매 제조 방법. - 제9항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합은 30 내지 90 ℃의 온도에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는,
이중금속시안염 촉매 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 이중금속시안염 촉매의 존재 하에, 에폭시 화합물을 개환 중합 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는,
폴리올 제조 방법. - 제18항에 따른 폴리올 제조 방법에서, 이산화탄소를 추가로 주입하여 이산화탄소 및 에폭시 화합물을 공중합 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는, 폴리카보네이트 폴리올 제조 방법.
