Claims (7)
- 다금속 시아나이드 화합물을 촉매로서 사용하고, 부탄-1,4-디올, α-하이드록시-ω-하이드록시폴리(옥시부탄-1,4-디일), 펜탄-1,5-디올, 데칸-1,10-디올 또는 이들 화합물중 둘 이상의 혼합물을 H-작용성 개시제로서 사용하여, H-작용성 개시제를 저급 알킬렌 옥사이드와 촉매 반응시킴으로써 폴리에테르 폴리올을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 알킬렌 옥사이드의 중합에 사용되는 H-작용성 개시제가 부탄-1,4-디올과 또다른 H-작용성 개시제의 혼합물, α-하이드록시-ω-하이드록시폴리(옥시부탄-1,4-디일)과 또다른 H-작용성 개시제의 혼합물, 펜탄-1,5-디올과 또다른 H-작용성 개시제의 혼합물, 데칸-1,10-디올과 또다른 H-작용성 개시제의 혼합물, 또는 부탄-1,4-디올 및/또는 α-하이드록시-ω-하이드록시폴리(옥시부탄-1,4-디일) 및/또는 펜탄-1,5-디올 및/또는 데칸-1,10-디올과 또다른 H-작용성 개시제의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 다금속 시아나이드 화합물이 하기 화학식 I의 화합물인 방법.<화학식 I>M1 a[M2(CN)b(A)c]d·eL상기 식에서,M1은 Zn2+, Fe2+, Co3+, Ni2+, Mn2+, Co2+, Sn2+, Pb2+, Mo4+, Mo6+, Al3+, V4+, V5+, Sr2+, W4+, W6+, Cr2+및 Cr3+를 포함하는 군에서 선택된 금속 이온이고,M2는 Fe2+, Fe3+, Co2+, Co3+, Mn2+, Mn3+, V4+, V5+, Cr2+, Cr3+, Rh3+, Ru2+및 Ir3+를 포함하는 군에서 선택된 금속 이온이고, M1과 M2는 동일하거나 상이하고,A는 할라이드, 하이드록사이드, 설페이트, 카보네이트, 시아나이드, 티오시아네이트, 이소시아네이트, 시아네이트, 카복실레이트, 옥살레이트 또는 니트레이트를 포함하는 군에서 선택된 음이온이고,L은 알콜, 알데히드, 케톤, 에테르, 폴리에테르, 에스테르, 우레아, 아미드, 니트릴 및 설파이드를 포함하는 군에서 선택된 수-혼화성 리간드이고,b, c 및 d는 상기 화합물이 전자중성이 되도록 선택되고,e는 리간드의 배위수이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 알킬렌 옥사이드가 에틸렌 옥사이드, 프로필렌 옥사이드, 부틸렌 옥사이드, 비닐 옥시란 및 이들 화합물중 둘 이상의 혼합물을 포함하는 군에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 방법에 의해 합성된 폴리에테르 폴리올.
- 둘 이상의 이소시아네이트-반응성 기를 함유하는 화합물로서 제 5 항에서 정의된 폴리에테르 폴리올을 사용하여, 둘 이상의 이소시아네이트-반응성 기를 함유하는 화합물과 폴리이소시아네이트를 반응시킴으로써 폴리우레탄을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에서 정의된 방법에 의해 합성된 폴리우레탄.
