Claims (10)
- 하기 단계를 포함하는, 이중 금속 시안화물 (DMC) 촉매의 제조방법:(a) 금속염의 수용액을 시안화 금속염의 수용액과 배합하고, 이 용액을 반응시키는 단계; 및(b) 상기 반응 혼합물로부터 DMC 촉매를 회수하는 단계;여기서, 상기 DMC 촉매는 금속염의 함량을 기준으로 0.03 내지 0.4 몰의 금속 산화물 및/또는 금속 수산화물의 존재 하에서 제조된다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 DMC 촉매는 단계 (a) 에서 0.03 내지 0.3 몰의 금속 산화물 및/또는 금속 수산화물의 존재 하에서 제조되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 염화아연 수용액 및 시안화코발트 수용액을 배합하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 염화아연 수용액 및 시안화코발트 수용액을 배합하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 방법에 의해 수득될 수 있는 징크 헥사시아노코발테이트 촉매로서, 아연 대 코발트의 몰비가 2.25 이상인 촉매.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 아연 대 코발트의 몰비가 2.8 이하인 징크 헥사시아노코발테이트 촉매.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 방법에 의해 제조된 이중 금속 시안화물 촉매의 존재 하에서, 개시제를 산화 알킬렌과 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 산화 알킬렌의 중합방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 개시제가 2 내지 6 개의 히드록시기를 포함하고, 디에틸렌 글리콜, 디프로필렌 글리콜, 글리세롤, 디글리세롤, 폴리글리세롤, 펜타에리트리톨, 트리메틸올프로판, 트리에탄올아민, 소르비톨 및 만니톨로부터 선택된 화합물인 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 생성물의 함량을 기준으로 15 ppm 이하의 DMC 촉매의 존재를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 연속적으로 수행되는 방법.
