Claims (7)
- (1) 하나 이상의 이중 금속 시아나이드;(2) 하나 이상의 유기 리간드;(3) 촉매의 부분적으로 결정형인 부분에 흡장된 물; 및(4) 하나 이상의 크라운 에테르 리간드를 포함하며, 단, 유기 리간드 (2)가 크라운 에테르 리간드 (4)가 아닌, 결정상이 단사정 결정형 구조에 해당하는 부분 결정형 구조를 갖는 이중 금속 시아나이드 (DMC) 촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 크라운 에테르 리간드가 전체 DMC 촉매를 기준으로 하여 1 중량% 내지 30 중량%의 양으로 DMC 촉매에 존재함을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 크라운 에테르 리간드가 벤조-15-크라운-5, 벤조-18-크라운-6, 4-3차-부틸벤조-15-크라운-5, 4-3차-부틸시클로헥산-15-크라운-5, 12-크라운-4, 18-크라운-6, 시클로헥산-15-크라운-5, 디벤조-18-크라운-6, 디벤조-21-크라운-7, 디벤조-24-크라운-8, 디벤조-30-크라운-10, 4,4'(5')-디3차-부틸디벤조-18-크라운-6, 4,4'(5')-디3차-부틸디벤조-24-크라운-8, 4,4'(5')-디3차-부틸디시클로헥산-18-크라운-6, 2,3-나프토-15-크라운-5 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서, DMC 촉매의 X-선 회절 프로파일에서 최대 주피크가 3.76; 4.98 및 6.06(d-스페이싱, Å)임을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- a) 하나 이상의 이중 금속 시아나이드, 하나 이상의, 크라운 에테르 리간드가 아닌 하나 이상의 유기 리간드, 및 촉매의 부분적으로 결정형인 부분에 흡장되는 물에 의해 형성된 혼합물을 30℃ 미만의 온도에서 사전가열시키는 단계; 및b) 30℃ 미만의 동일한 온도에서 하나 이상의 크라운 에테르 리간드의 용액을 상기 혼합물에 첨가하는 단계를 포함하여, 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항의 DMC 촉매를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 DMC 촉매의 존재하에서 알킬렌 옥사이드를 활성 수소를 포함하는 개시제에 첨가하는 것을 포함하여 폴리에테르 폴리올을 제조하는 방법.
- 폴리에테르 폴리올을 제조하기 위해 사용되는, 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 DMC 촉매.
