Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- a) 복 시안화금속 화합물 및 b) 유기 배위 리간드를 포함하고, 수평균 분자량이 500 보다 큰 에틸렌 산화물 폴리에테르를 최종 촉매량을 기준으로 5 내지 80 중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복 시안화금속(DMC) 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복 시안화금속 화합물이 아연 헥사시아노코발테이트(III)인 것을 특징으로 하는 DMC 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 배위 리간드가 3차-부탄올인 것을 특징으로 하는 DMC 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, DMC 촉매가 수평균 분자량이 500 보다 큰 에틸렌 산화물 폴리에테르를 10 내지 60 중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DMC 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, DMC 촉매가 수평균 분자량이 500 내지 107 사이이고, 히드록시 말단기 및 1 내지 8개의 히드록시 작용기를 갖는 에틸렌 산화물 폴리에테르를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DMC 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, DMC 촉매가 1 내지 3개의 히드록시 작용기 및 500 내지 5 x 104 의 수평균 분자량을 갖는 에틸렌 산화물 폴리에테르를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DMC 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, DMC 촉매가, 폴리비닐 화합물의 블럭이 500보다 큰 수평균 분자량을 갖는 폴리에틸렌 산화물 블럭에 결합된 블럭 공중합체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DMC 촉매.
- 과량의 금속 염을 유기 배위 리간드 및 에틸렌 산화물 폴리에테르의 존재하에서, 수용액중의 시안화금속 염과 반응시키고, 수득된 촉매를 단리시키고, 세척하고 이어서 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 DMC 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 알킬렌 산화물을 활성 수소 원자 함유 개시제 화합물에 중첨가하여 폴리에테르폴리올을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 제1항에 따른 DMC 촉매를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에테르폴리올의 제조 방법.
