Claims (10)
- 고유점도가 서로 상이한 제1성분 및 제2성분을 포함하고, 단면 형상이 사이드-바이-사이드형인 복수개의 제1모노사를 구비하는 잠재권축사를 포함하는 심사; 및
상기 심사를 둘러싸도록 배치되고, 복수개의 카치온염료 가염성 폴리에스터 제2모노사를 구비하는 부분연신사를 포함하는 초사;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 심초형 복합가연사.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 카치온염료 가염성 폴리에스터 제2모노사는 폴리에스터(polyester)에 제1화합물이 1 ~ 10 mol%로 공중합된 원사이고,
상기 폴리에스터는 PET(polyethylene terephthalate), PBT(polybutylene terephthalate) 및 전방향족폴리에스터 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하고,
상기 제1화합물은 금속염 5-설포-이소프탈산 디메틸(dimethyl 5-sulfoisophthalate metal salt)을 포함하고,
상기 금속염은 나트륨, 칼륨 및 리튬 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 심초형 복합가연사.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1모노사는 제1성분 및 제2성분의 고유점도(IV) 차이가 0.15 ~ 0.95 dl/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 심초형 복합가연사.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제1성분 및 제2성분은 100℃에서의 열수축률 차가 5% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 심초형 복합가연사.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1모노사의 섬도는 1 ~ 8 데니어인 것을 특징으로 하는 심초형 복합가연사.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 카치온염료 가염성 폴리에스터 제2모노사의 섬도는 1 ~ 8 데니어인 것을 특징으로 하는 심초형 복합가연사.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 부분연신사의 섬도는 20 ~ 140 데니어인 것을 특징으로 하는 심초형 복합가연사.
- 고유점도가 서로 상이한 제1성분 및 제2성분을 포함하고, 단면 형상이 사이드-바이-사이드형인 복수개의 제1모노사를 구비하는 잠재권축사와 복수개의 카치온염료 가염성 폴리에스터 제2모노사를 구비하는 부분연신사를 준비하는 제1단계;
상기 잠재권축사와 부분연신사를 공기교락시켜서 교락사를 제조하는 제2단계; 및
상기 교락사를 가연 및 연신하여 심초형 복합가연사를 제조하는 제3단계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 심초형 복합가연사의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 제2단계의 공기교락은 2 ~ 10 kg/㎠의 공기압으로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 심초형 복합가연사의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 카치온염료 가염성 폴리에스터 제2모노사는 폴리에스터(polyester)에 제1화합물이 1 ~ 10 mol%로 공중합된 원사이고,
상기 폴리에스터는 PET(polyethylene terephthalate), PBT(polybutylene terephthalate) 및 전방향족폴리에스터 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하고,
상기 제1화합물은 금속염 5-설포-이소프탈산 디메틸(dimethyl 5-sulfoisophthalate metal salt)을 포함하고,
상기 금속염은 나트륨, 칼륨 및 리튬 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 심초형 복합가연사의 제조방법.
