Claims (28)
- 부분 구동 가능한 복수의 광원과,
상기 복수의 광원 중 적어도 일부에 대해서, 상기 광원으로부터의 입사광의 적어도 일부를 변환하여 상기 입사광과는 다른 파장영역의 출사광을 방출하는 색변환부를 구비하고,
상기 색변환부가 피로메텐 유도체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 광원의 발광이 청색광 또는 청녹색광의 발광인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 색변환부가,
상기 복수의 광원에 대응하는 패턴상으로 오목부를 형성하는 격벽과,
상기 오목부에 형성되어서 이루어지는 색변환층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 색변환층이 서로 다른 파장영역의 출사광을 방출하는 2종류 이상의 색변환층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자. - 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 오목부에는 상기 색변환층이 형성되어 있지 않은 일부분이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
컬러필터를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 광원이 발광 다이오드인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 발광 다이오드가 질화갈륨계 화합물 반도체를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 광원이 양극과 음극 사이에 존재하는 유기층을 갖고, 전기 에너지에 의해 발광하는 유기 전계 발광소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 유기 전계 발광소자가 톱 에미션형의 유기 전계 발광소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자. - 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 유기층이 호스트 재료와 도펀트 재료를 갖고,
상기 도펀트 재료가 붕소 착체계 도펀트 재료, 피렌계 도펀트 재료, 크리센계 도펀트 재료, 벤조플루오란텐계 도펀트 재료 및 아민계 도펀트 재료 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 재료를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자. - 제 9 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 유기층이 호스트 재료와 도펀트 재료를 갖고,
상기 호스트 재료가 안트라센계 호스트 재료를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자. - 제 9 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 유기층이 열활성화 지연 형광 재료를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자. - 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 피로메텐 유도체가 하기의 일반식 (1)로 나타내어지는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자.
(일반식 (1)에 있어서, X는 C-R7 또는 N이다. R1∼R9는 각각 동일하여도 달라도 좋고, 수소, 알킬기, 시클로알킬기, 복소환기, 알케닐기, 시클로알케닐기, 알키닐기, 수산기, 티올기, 알콕시기, 알킬티오기, 아릴에테르기, 아릴티오에테르기, 아릴기, 헤테로아릴기, 할로겐, 시아노기, 알데히드기, 카르보닐기, 카르복실기, 에스테르기, 카르바모일기, 아미노기, 니트로기, 실릴기, 실록사닐기, 보릴기, 술포기, 포스핀옥사이드기, 및 인접 치환기와의 사이에 형성되는 축합환 및 지방족환 중에서 선택된다.) - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 일반식 (1)에 있어서 X가 C-R7이며, R7이 하기의 일반식 (2)로 나타내어지는 기인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자.
(일반식 (2)에 있어서, r은 수소, 알킬기, 시클로알킬기, 복소환기, 알케닐기, 시클로알케닐기, 알키닐기, 수산기, 티올기, 알콕시기, 알킬티오기, 아릴에테르기, 아릴티오에테르기, 아릴기, 헤테로아릴기, 할로겐, 시아노기, 알데히드기, 카르보닐기, 카르복실기, 에스테르기, 카르바모일기, 아미노기, 니트로기, 실릴기, 실록사닐기, 보릴기, 술포기, 포스핀옥사이드기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된다. k는 1∼3의 정수이다. k가 2 이상일 경우, r은 각각 동일하여도 달라도 좋다.) - 제 14 항 또는 제 15 항에 있어서,
상기 일반식 (1)에 있어서 R1, R3, R4 및 R6이 각각 동일하여도 달라도 좋고, 치환 또는 무치환의 알킬기인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자. - 제 14 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 일반식 (1)에 있어서 R1, R3, R4 및 R6이 각각 동일하여도 달라도 좋고, 치환 또는 무치환의 아릴기인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자. - 제 14 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 일반식 (1)에 있어서 R1∼R6 중 적어도 하나가 전자구인기인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자. - 제 18 항에 있어서,
상기 일반식 (1)에 있어서 상기 전자구인기가 불소원자를 포함하는 기인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자. - 제 18 항에 있어서,
상기 일반식 (1)에 있어서 상기 전자구인기가 함불소 아실기, 함불소 에스테르기, 함불소 아미드기, 함불소 술포닐기, 함불소 술폰산 에스테르기 및 함불소 술폰아미드기 중에서 선택되는 기인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자. - 제 14 항 내지 제 20 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 일반식 (1)에 있어서 R8 또는 R9 중 어느 하나는 시아노기인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자. - 제 1 항 내지 제 21 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 피로메텐 유도체가, 여기광을 사용함으로써 피크 파장이 500㎚ 이상 580㎚ 이하의 영역에 관측되는 발광을 보이는 피로메텐 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자. - 제 1 항 내지 제 21 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 피로메텐 유도체가, 여기광을 사용함으로써 피크 파장이 580㎚ 이상 750㎚ 이하의 영역에 관측되는 발광을 보이는 피로메텐 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자. - 제 1 항 내지 제 23 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 색변환부가 하기의 발광 재료 (a) 및 발광 재료 (b)를 함유하고,
상기 발광 재료 (a) 및 상기 발광 재료 (b) 중 적어도 하나가 상기 피로메텐 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자.
발광 재료 (a): 여기광을 사용함으로써 피크 파장이 500㎚ 이상 580㎚ 이하의 영역에 관측되는 발광을 보이는 발광 재료
발광 재료 (b): 여기광 또는 상기 발광 재료 (a)로부터의 발광 중 적어도 한쪽에 의해 여기됨으로써, 피크 파장이 580㎚ 이상 750㎚ 이하의 영역에 관측되는 발광을 보이는 발광 재료 - 제 1 항 내지 제 24 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 색변환부가 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자. - 제 25 항에 있어서,
상기 수지의 산소 투과도가 0.1cc/㎡·day·atm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자. - 제 1 항 내지 제 26 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 발광소자를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이.
- 피로메텐 유도체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 색변환 기판.
