Claims (23)
- 입사광을, 그 입사광과는 상이한 파장의 광으로 변환하는 색 변환 시트로서,
상기 색 변환 시트가 적어도 색 변환층(A), 색 변환층(B), 수지층 및 기재를 포함하고,
색 변환층(A), 수지층, 색 변환층(B)의 순서로 직접 인접하고 있으며,
상기 색 변환층(A)은 피크 파장이 500㎚ 이상 580㎚ 미만의 영역에 관측되는 발광을 나타내는 발광 재료(a)를 함유하고,
상기 색 변환층(B)은 피크 파장이 580㎚ 이상 750㎚ 이하의 영역에 관측되는 발광을 나타내는 발광 재료(b)를 함유하고,
상기 색 변환 시트의 헤이즈값이 20% 이상 90% 이하이며,
색 변환층(A)의 굴절률을 nA1, 색 변환층(B)의 굴절률을 nA2, 수지층의 굴절률을 nB라고 했을 때, nA1, nA2 및 nB가 이하의 (1) 또는 (2)의 관계를 충족시키는 색 변환 시트.

[X는 C-R7 또는 N이고; R1∼R9는 각각 같아도 좋고 달라도 좋으며, 수소, 알킬기, 시클로알킬기, 복소환기, 알케닐기, 시클로알케닐기, 알키닐기, 수산기, 티올기, 알콕시기, 알킬티오기, 아릴에테르기, 아릴티오에테르기, 아릴기, 헤테로아릴기, 할로겐, 시아노기, 알데히드기, 카르보닐기, 카르복실기, 옥시카르보닐기, 카르바모일기, 아미노기, 니트로기, 실릴기, 실록사닐기, 보릴기, 포스핀옥시드기, 및 인접 치환기와의 사이에 형성되는 축합환 및 지방족환 중에서 선택된다.] - 입사광을, 그 입사광과는 상이한 파장의 광으로 변환하는 색 변환 시트로서,
상기 색 변환 시트가 적어도 색 변환층(A), 색 변환층(B), 수지층 및 기재를 포함하고,
상기 색 변환층(A)은 피크 파장이 500㎚ 이상 580㎚ 미만의 영역에 관측되는 발광을 나타내는 발광 재료(a)를 함유하고,
상기 색 변환층(B)은 피크 파장이 580㎚ 이상 750㎚ 이하의 영역에 관측되는 발광을 나타내는 발광 재료(b)를 함유하고,
상기 색 변환 시트의 헤이즈값이 20% 이상 90% 이하이며,
상기 색 변환층(A) 및 상기 색 변환층(B) 중 어느 하나 또는 양방에 산란 입자를 함유하고, 상기 색 변환층(A)의 헤이즈를 HA라고 하고, 상기 색 변환층(B)의 헤이즈를 HB라고 했을 때,
HA-HB≥20% 또는 HB-HA≥20%인 색 변환 시트. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 색 변환층(A) 및 상기 색 변환층(B) 중 어느 하나 또는 양방에 산란 입자를 함유하는 색 변환 시트. - 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 색 변환층(A)에 있어서의 산란 입자의 함유량이 상기 색 변환층(B)에 있어서의 산란 입자의 함유량보다 큰 색 변환 시트. - 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 색 변환층(B)에 있어서의 산란 입자의 함유량이 상기 색 변환층(A)에 있어서의 산란 입자의 함유량보다 큰 색 변환 시트. - 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 산란 입자가 티타니아를 포함하는 색 변환 시트. - 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 산란 입자의 평균 입자지름이 100∼500㎚인 색 변환 시트. - 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 산란 입자가 알루미나 입자, 실리카 입자 및 실리콘 수지 입자로부터 선택된 입자를 포함하고, 색 변환층(A)의 굴절률을 nA1, 색 변환층(B)의 굴절률을 nA2, 색 변환층(A)에 포함되는 산란 입자의 굴절률을 nD1, 색 변환층(B)에 포함되는 산란 입자의 굴절률을 nD2라고 했을 때, nA1, nA2, nD1 및 nD2가 0.03≤|nA1-nD1|≤0.3 및 0.03≤|nA2-nD2|≤0.3 중 어느 하나 또는 양방을 충족시키는 색 변환 시트. - 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 4 항, 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 수지층이 실리콘 수지를 포함하는 색 변환 시트. - 입사광을, 그 입사광과는 상이한 파장의 광으로 변환하는 색 변환 시트로서,
상기 색 변환 시트가 적어도 색 변환층, 수지층 및 기재를 이 순서대로 포함하고,
색 변환층, 수지층 및 기재가 직접 인접하고 있으며,
상기 색 변환층이, 피크 파장이 500㎚ 이상 580㎚ 미만의 영역에 관측되는 발광을 나타내는 발광 재료(a) 및 피크 파장이 580㎚ 이상 750㎚ 이하의 영역에 관측되는 발광을 나타내는 발광 재료(b)를 함유하고, 또한
상기 색 변환 시트의 헤이즈값이 20% 이상 90% 이하이며,
색 변환층의 굴절률을 nA, 수지층의 굴절률을 nB, 기재의 굴절률을 nC라고 했을 때, nA>nB이며 또한 nB<nC인 색 변환 시트. - 광원 및 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 4 항, 제 8 항, 제 9 항 또는 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 색 변환 시트를 포함하는 광원 유닛.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,
상기 광원이 400㎚ 이상 500㎚ 이하의 범위에 극대 발광을 갖는 발광 다이오드인 광원 유닛. - 제 17 항에 있어서,
상기 색 변환 시트 이외의 광학 시트를 더 포함하는 광원 유닛. - 제 19 항에 있어서,
상기 색 변환 시트보다 위에 포함되는 광학 시트가 2장 이하인 광원 유닛. - 제 17 항에 기재된 광원 유닛을 구비하는 디스플레이.
- 제 17 항에 기재된 광원 유닛을 구비하는 조명 장치.
