Description
도 2 및 도 3은 수소 생산 하수 처리 시스템에 적용되는 미생물 전해 셀 반응기의 변형예들을 나타내는 개략도들이다.
도 4는 반응기 내에 다수의 미생물 전해 셀이 설치된 경우를 나타내는 개략도이다.
도 5는 제2 실시예에 따른 수소 생산 하수 처리 시스템의 개략도이다.
도 6은 제2 실시예에 다른 수소 생산 하수 처리 시스템에 적용되는 수전해 장치의 개략도이다.
Claims (5)
- 유입되는 하수의 침사물과 협잡물을 제거하는 침사지;
상기 침사지를 거쳐 유입되는 상기 하수의 미세 유기성 입자를 제거하는 1차 침전지;
상기 1차 침전지를 통해 유입되는 유기성 용액에 포함된 유기물을 표면에 부착된 미생물에 의해 분해하여 전자와 유리 프로톤을 생성하는 애노드, 상기 애노드에서 발생된 전자를 전달하는 전원 공급부, 상기 전원 공급부를 통해 전자를 전달받고 유리 프로톤과 상기 전자를 반응시켜 수소를 발생시키는 캐소드를 포함하는 미생물 전해 셀 반응기; 및
상기 미생물 전해 셀 반응기로부터 전달된 유출수를 처리하여 최종 처리수를 방류하는 2차 침전지를 포함하는 수소 생산 하수 처리 시스템. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 전원 공급부는 상기 캐소드에 0.9V 이상의 직류 전원을 인가하여 상기 캐소드에서 물 분해반응이 일어나도록 하는 수소 생산 하부 처리 시스템. - 제1 항 또는 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 미생물 전해 셀 반응기는 생성된 수소를 수집하는 수소 수집부를 더 포함하고,
상기 수소 수집부를 통해 상기 수소는 외부의 수소 가스 저장 탱크로 전달되는 수소 생산 하부 처리 시스템. - 제1 항 또는 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 2차 침전지 후단에 물분해에 의해 수소를 생성하는 물분해 장치를 더 포함하는 수소 생산 하부 처리 시스템. - 제4 항에 있어서,
상기 물분해 장치는
염수 채널과 상기 최종 처리수 채널을 번갈아 형성하는 양이온 교환막과 음이온 교환막으로 이루어지고 복수개의 단위 셀이 적층되어 상기 물 분해 반응에 필요한 막 전압을 제공하는 막 스택;
상기 막 스택의 양단에 설치되고 각각 물이 전극액으로 담기는 캐소드 챔버 및 애노드 챔버;
상기 캐소드 챔버에 설치되어 상기 물의 환원 반응에 의해 상기 수소를 발생시키는 캐소드; 및
상기 애노드 챔버 내에 설치된 애노드로 상기 애노드 챔버내에서 상기 물의 산화 반응에 의해 산소와 전자를 발생시키는 애노드를 포함하고,
상기 애노드 챔버에서 발생한 상기 전자가 부하를 거쳐 상기 캐소드로 공급되면서 전기를 생산하는 역전기투석장치인 수소 생산 하부 처리 시스템.
