Claims (12)
- 폴리비닐아세탈 수지, 가소제 및 탄소수 2 내지 16의 하이드록실 카르복실산의 금속염인 금속염 화합물을 포함하며,
상기 금속염 화합물은 상기 조성물 전체를 기준으로 0.05 중량% 미만으로 포함되는, 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속염 화합물은 i) 탄소수 3 내지 6의 카르복실릭 음이온으로 분자 내에 하이드록실기를 갖는 것과 1가 금속 양이온의 염, 또는 ii) 탄소수 6 내지 12의 카르복실릭 음이온으로 분자 내에 하이드록실기를 갖는 것과 2가 금속 양이온의 염을 포함하는, 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속염 화합물은 아래 화학식 1 내지 화학식 3에서 선택된 어느 하나인, 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 조성물;

상기 화학식 1에서, m1은 0 내지 5의 정수이고, 상기 n은 1 또는 2이며, 상기 M은 Na, K, 또는 Mg이고,
상기 화학식 2에서, m2은 0 내지 5의 정수이고, 상기 n은 1 또는 2이며, 상기 M은 Na, K, 또는 Mg이고,
상기 화학식 3에서, m3와 m4는 각각 독립적으로 0 내지 5의 정수이고 m3과 m4가 동시에 0이 아니며, 상기 n은 1 또는 2이며, 상기 M은 Na, K, 또는 Mg이다. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 벤조트리아졸계 화합물을 더 포함하며,
상기 벤조트리아졸계 화합물 100 중량부를 기준으로 상기 금속염 화합물을 16 중량부 이하로 포함하는, 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속염 화합물은 가지형 또는 선형 화합물인, 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 조성물. - 폴리비닐아세탈 수지, 가소제 및 접합력 조절제를 포함하는 접합층을 필름의 표면에 포함하며,
상기 접합력 조절제는 탄소수 2 내지 16의 하이드록실 카르복실산의 금속염인 금속염 화합물 또는 이의 음이온을 포함하는, 접합유리용 필름. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 접합유리용 필름은, 65℃ 95%rh의 항온항습챔버에서 2주 동안 방치하기 전과 후의 황색도 변화량이 3.0 이하인, 접합유리용 필름. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 접합력 조절제는, 포타슘 2-하이드록시프로파노에이트, 포타슘 3-하이드록시부타노에이트, 마그네슘 3-하이드록시-3-메틸부티레이트, 소디움 5-하이드록시데카노에이트 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나를 포함하는, 접합유리용 필름. - 두 장의 유리 사이에 위치하는 제6항에 따른 접합유리용 필름을 포함하는 적층체를 포함하는, 접합유리.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 접합유리는, 65℃ 95%rh의 항온항습챔버에서 2주 동안 100mm*100mm 면적의 시편을 방치한 뒤 측정한 평균 백화 거리가 6 mm 이하인, 접합유리. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 접합유리는, 140℃ 오븐에서 12시간 방치한 뒤 꺼내어 100mm*100mm 면적의 접합유리 시편 내에 발생한 기포의 개수가 5개 미만인, 접합유리.
