Claims (17)
- i) 폴리비닐알코올 수지, ii) 알데하이드 및 iii) 염산과 황산을 함유하는 강산을 촉매로 포함하는 반응용 조성물을 준비하는 준비과정; 그리고
상기 반응용 조성물의 아세탈화 반응을 진행하여 폴리비닐아세탈 수지를 마련하는 아세탈화과정;을 포함하여,
상기 폴리비닐아세탈 수지, 염소 이온 및 황산 이온을 함유하는 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 조성물을 제조하고,
상기 염소 이온과 상기 황산 이온은 각각 염소 이온과 황 이온의 형태로 검출되며,
상기 황 이온은 상기 염소 이온의 함량을 기준으로 0.2 내지 1.5 배(중량비)의 함량으로 함유되는,
폴리비닐아세탈 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
철 이온을 5 ppm 미만으로 함유하는,
폴리비닐아세탈 수지 조성물의 제조방법.

상기 염소 이온 및 황산 이온은 각각 염소 이온과 황 이온의 형태로 검출되며,
상기 황 이온은 상기 염소 이온의 함량을 기준으로 0.2 내지 1.5 배(중량비)의 함량으로 함유되는,
폴리비닐아세탈 수지 조성물.
- 황 이온과 염소 이온을 함유하는 제7항에 따른 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 조성물 및 가소제를 함유하는 층을 적어도 1층 이상 포함하는,
접합용 필름.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 황 이온은 상기 염소 이온의 함량을 기준으로 0.2 내지 1.5 배(중량비)의 함량으로 함유되는,
접합용 필름.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 층 전체를 기준으로 상기 염소 이온의 함량이 0.001 내지 0.01 중량%인,
접합용 필름.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 층 전체를 기준으로 상기 황 이온의 함량이 0.0003 내지 0.005 중량%인,
접합용 필름.
- 제8항에 있어서,
촉진내후성 시험(500시간 기준) 전후의 황색도 차이가 2 이하인,
접합용 필름.
- 제8항에 있어서,
촉진내후성 시험(28일 기준) 전후의 적색도 차이가 1 이하인,
접합용 필름.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 조성물은 염산과 황산을 함유하는 강산을 촉매로 적용한 폴리비닐알코올 수지와 알데하이드의 아세탈화에 의한 것인,
접합용 필름.
- 철 이온을 5 ppm 미만으로 함유하는 제7항에 따른 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 조성물 및 가소제를 함유하는 층을 적어도 1층 이상 포함하고,
상기 층은 황 이온과 염소 이온을 함유하는,
접합용 필름.
- 삭제

상기 제1광투과층 상에 위치하는 접합용 필름 및
상기 접합용 필름 상에 위치하는 제2광투과층
