Claims (11)
- i) 폴리비닐부티랄 수지, ii)부타노익산 및 iii) 부타날을 포함하는 폴리비닐부티랄 수지 조성물을 마련하는 반응단계; 를 포함하여, 부티랄 전환율이 77 % 이상인 폴리비닐부티랄 수지 조성물을 제조하는, 폴리비닐부티랄 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응단계는
i) 폴리비닐알코올 수지, ii) 부타노익산 및 iii) 부타날을 포함하는 반응용 조성물을 준비하는 준비과정; 그리고 상기 반응용 조성물의 아세탈화 반응을 진행하여 상기 폴리비닐부티랄 수지 조성물을 마련하는 아세탈화과정; 을 포함하는, 폴리비닐부티랄 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 반응용 조성물은 상기 부타날 10 중량부를 기준으로 상기 부타노익산을 0.1 내지 5 중량부로 포함하는, 폴리비닐부티랄 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리비닐부티랄 수지 조성물의 제조방법은 상기 반응단계 이후에 세척단계를 더 포함하며, 상기 세척단계는 상기 폴리비닐부티랄 수지의 5 내지 10 중량비의 세척용액으로 1회 이상 세척하는 단계이며, 상기 세척단계를 거친 폴리비닐부티랄 수지 조성물은 부타노익산을 0.01 중량% 이하로 포함하는, 폴리비닐부티랄 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 폴리비닐부티랄 수지 조성물의 제조방법은 상기 부타노익산을 포함하지 않은 반응용 조성물로 제조 시와 비교하여 미반응 부타날의 량이 5 몰% 이상 감소하는, 폴리비닐부티랄 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- i) 폴리비닐부티랄 수지, 부타노익산 및 2-에틸헥사노익산을 포함하는 폴리비닐부티랄 수지 조성물; 및 ii) 가소제;를 함유하는 접합층을 포함하는, 접합용 필름.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 2-에틸헥사노익산의 함량은 상기 접합층 전체를 기준으로 0 ppm 초과 70 ppm 이하인, 접합용 필름.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 부타노익산의 함량은 상기 접합층 전체를 기준으로 0 ppm 초과 70 ppm 이하인, 접합용 필름.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 접합층은 황색도 지수가 2.7 이하인, 접합용 필름.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 폴리비닐부티랄 수지는 부타노익산 존재 하에서 폴리비닐알코올 수지와 부타날이 아세탈화 반응한 것인, 접합용 필름.
- 제6항에 따른 접합용 필름의 일면 상에 제1유리가 위치하고, 상기 접합용필름의 타면 상에 제2유리가 위치하는 적층체를 포함하는, 접합유리.
