도 2는 하나의 실시 형태에 따른 편광판의 제조 공정을 나타내는 개략도이다.

Claims (6)
- 폴리에스테르계 수지 기재와, 상기 폴리에스테르계 수지 기재의 편측에 적층된 편광자를 포함하고,
상기 편광자의 두께가 10㎛ 이하이며,
상기 폴리에스테르계 수지 기재의 경도가 0.162GPa 이상인, 편광판. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 편광자가 상기 폴리에스테르계 수지 기재의 편측에 접착층을 개재하지 않고 적층되어 있는, 편광판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에스테르계 수지 기재와 상기 편광자와의 사이에 이접착층(易接着層)을 포함하는, 편광판. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에스테르계 수지 기재가 상기 편광자의 보호층으로서 기능하는, 편광판. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 편광판을 구비하는, 화상 표시 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 편광판의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 폴리에스테르계 수지 기재의 편측에 폴리비닐알코올계 수지층을 형성하여 적층체로 하는 것,
상기 적층체를, 염색 및 연신함으로써 상기 폴리비닐알코올계 수지층을 편광자로 하는 것, 및
상기 연신 후에 상기 폴리에스테르계 수지 기재와 상기 편광자와의 적층체를 가열 처리하는 것을 포함하고,
상기 연신에서의 연신욕의 온도가 67℃ 이하이고, 또한 상기 가열 처리에서의 최고 가열 온도가 102℃ 이상이거나, 또는
상기 연신에서의 연신욕의 온도가 69℃ 이하이고, 또한 상기 가열 처리에서의 최고 가열 온도가 105℃ 이상인, 편광판의 제조 방법.
