Claims (10)
- 금속 부재와,
매트릭스 수지와, 당해 매트릭스 수지 중에 함유되는 강화 섬유 재료를 갖는 제1 섬유 강화 수지 재료를
구비하고,
상기 금속 부재와 상기 제1 섬유 강화 수지 재료가, 접착 수지층을 개재하여 복합화된 금속-섬유 강화 수지 재료 복합체이며,
상기 접착 수지층이, 수지 성분 100질량부에 대해 페녹시 수지 (A)를 50질량부 이상 포함하는 접착 수지 조성물의 고화물 또는 경화물을 포함하고,
상기 금속-섬유 강화 수지 재료 복합체의 최대 하중이 초가성칙을 나타내는, 금속-섬유 강화 수지 재료 복합체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 초가성칙은, 이하의 식 (2-2)가 성립되는 것인, 금속-섬유 강화 수지 재료 복합체.

식 (2-2)에 있어서, 하중 A2는 상기 금속-섬유 강화 수지 재료 복합체가 파단되었을 때의 상기 금속 부재 단독의 인장 하중을 나타내고, 하중 B는 상기 제1 섬유 강화 수지 재료 단독의 최대 하중을 나타내고, 하중 C는 상기 금속-섬유 강화 수지 재료 복합체의 최대 하중임. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 하중 A2와 상기 하중 B의 합계 하중에 대한 상기 하중 C의 비인 초가성칙 정도가 1.01 이상인, 금속-섬유 강화 수지 재료 복합체. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 초가성칙 정도가 1.05 이상인, 금속-섬유 강화 수지 재료 복합체. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 금속 부재의 두께의 합계 T1 및 상기 금속 부재의 탄성 계수 E1과, 상기 제1 섬유 강화 수지 재료와 상기 접착 수지층의 두께의 합계 T2 및 상기 제1 섬유 강화 수지 재료 및 상기 접착 수지층의 탄성 계수 E2가, 하기 식 (1)의 관계를 만족시키는, 금속-섬유 강화 수지 재료 복합체.
(T1×E1)/(T2×E2)>0.3 … 식 (1) - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 접착 수지층이, 매트릭스 수지로서의 상기 고화물 또는 경화물과, 당해 매트릭스 수지 중에 함유되는 강화 섬유 재료를 갖는 제2 섬유 강화 수지 재료인, 금속-섬유 강화 수지 재료 복합체. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 접착 수지 조성물이, 상기 페녹시 수지 (A) 100질량부에 대해, 5질량부 이상 85질량부 이하의 범위 내의 가교 경화성 수지 (B)를 추가로 함유하는 가교성 접착 수지 조성물이며,
상기 경화물이 가교 경화물인, 금속-섬유 강화 수지 재료 복합체. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 접착 수지층의 두께가, 20㎛ 초과인, 금속-섬유 강화 수지 재료 복합체. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 금속 부재의 재질이, 철강 재료, 철계 합금, 티타늄 또는 알루미늄인, 금속-섬유 강화 수지 재료 복합체. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 철강 재료는, 용융 아연 도금 강판, 전기 아연 도금 강판, 또는 알루미늄 도금 강판인, 금속-섬유 강화 수지 재료 복합체.
