Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 고흡수성 중합체 입자의 제조 방법으로서, 하기를 포함하는 단량체 용액 또는 현탁액의 중합:
a) 산 기를 가지며 적어도 부분적으로 중화될 수 있는, 적어도 하나의 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체,
b) 적어도 하나의 가교제,
c) 적어도 하나의 개시제,
d) 임의로는 a) 에 언급된 단량체와 공중합가능한, 하나 이상의 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체 및
e) 임의로는 하나 이상의 수용성 중합체,
생성된 중합체 겔의 건조, 생성된 중합체 입자의 분쇄, 분류 및 표면 후가교를 포함하며, 이때 표면 후가교된 고흡수성 중합체 입자가 소형, 중형 및 대형 분획물로 분류되고, 대형 분획물의 고흡수성 중합체 입자가 롤 크러셔를 사용하여 탈응집화되고, 탈응집화된 고흡수성 중합체 입자가 표면 후가교된 고흡수성 중합체 입자의 분류 전에 또는 표면 후가교된 고흡수성 중합체 입자의 분류로 재순환되는 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 롤 크러셔가 이중 톱니형 롤 크러셔인 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 롤 크러셔의 표면이 25 μm 미만의 조도 Rz 를 갖는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 롤 크러셔가 1 내지 10 mm 의 갭 폭을 갖고, 롤 크러셔의 갭 폭이 롤 크러셔의 갭을 형성하는 2 개 표면 사이의 최소 거리인 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 대형 분획물 및 중형 분획물을 분리하기 위한 체가 600 내지 1,200 μm 의 메쉬 크기를 갖는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소형 분획물 및 중형 분획물을 분리하기 위한 체가 100 내지 300 μm 의 메쉬 크기를 갖는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 롤 크러셔의 갭 폭이 대형 분획물 및 중형 분획물을 분리하기 위한 체의 메쉬 크기보다 50 내지 800 μm 더 크고, 롤 크러셔의 갭 폭이 롤 크러셔의 갭을 형성하는 2 개 표면 사이의 최소 거리인 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소형 분획물의 고흡수성 중합체 입자가 중합으로 재순환되는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표면 후가교된 고흡수성 중합체 입자가 텀블링 스크린 기계 (tumbling screen machine) 를 사용하여 분류되는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고흡수성 중합체 입자가 적어도 15 g/g 의 원심분리 보유 용량을 갖는 제조 방법.
- 소형, 중형 및 대형 분획물로 입자를 분류하기 위한 텀블링 체 기계, 대형 분획물을 탈응집화하기 위한 롤 크러셔, 및 탈응집화된 고흡수성 중합체 입자를 텀블링 체 기계 전에 또는 텀블링 체 기계로 재순환시키기 위한 라인을 포함하는, 표면 후가교된 고흡수성 중합체 입자의 사이징 (sizing) 을 위한 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 롤 크러셔가 이중 톱니형 롤 크러셔인 장치.
- 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서, 롤 크러셔의 표면이 25 μm 미만의 조도 Rz 를 갖는 장치.
- 제 11 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 롤 크러셔가 1 내지 10 mm 의 갭 폭을 갖고, 롤 크러셔의 갭 폭이 롤 크러셔의 갭을 형성하는 2 개 표면 사이의 최소 거리인 장치.
