도 3a는 본 발명에 따른 [실시예 1], [실시예 2] 및 [비교예 1]에 사용된 석회석, 굴 패각 분말 및 가리비 패각 분말의 X선 회절 분석(XRD)을 도시한 것이고, 도 3b는 본 발명에 따른 [실시예 1], [실시예 2] 및 [비교예 1]의 클링커 조성물의 X선 회절 분석을 도시한 것이다.

Claims (10)
- 산화칼슘(CaO)이 함유된 패각 분말, 규산질, 점토질 및 슬래그를 포함하는 클링커 조성물에 있어서,
상기 클링커 조성물은 상온에서 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 클링커 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 패각 분말은 굴 패각 또는 가리비 패각 중 적어도 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 클링커 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 클링커 조성물은 77 내지 82 중량%의 상기 패각 분말, 상기 8 내지 12 중량%의 상기 규산질, 상기 6 내지 9 중량%의 점토질 및 상기 2 내지 4 중량%의 슬래그를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 클링커 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 클링커 조성물은 3.7 ℃/s 의 속도로 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 클링커 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 클링커 조성물은 석회포화도(LSF)가 91 내지 100, 규산율(SM)이 2.2 내지 2.9 및 철률(IM)이 1.2 내지 2.2인 것을 특징으로 하는 클링커 조성물. - 산화칼슘(CaO)이 함유된 패각 분말, 규산질, 점토질 및 슬래그를 혼합하여 혼합물을 형성하는 단계;
상기 혼합물을 1400 ℃ 내지 1470 ℃에서 10 분 내지 60 분 동안 소성하여 클링커 조성물을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 클링커 조성물을 상온에서 냉각하는 단계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 클링커 조성물의 제조방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 냉각은 3.7 ℃/s 의 속도로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 클링커 조성물의 제조방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 패각 분말은 굴 패각 또는 가리비 패각 중 적어도 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 클링커 조성물의 제조방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 클링커 조성물은 77 내지 82 중량%의 상기 패각 분말, 상기 8 내지 12 중량%의 상기 규산질, 상기 6 내지 9 중량%의 점토질 및 상기 2 내지 4 중량%의 슬래그를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 클링커 조성물의 제조방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 클링커 조성물은 석회포화도(LSF)가 91 내지 100, 규산율(SM)이 2.2 내지 2.9 및 철률(IM)이 1.2 내지 2.2인 것을 특징으로 하는 클링커 조성물의 제조방법.
