Claims (20)
- 제1 트랜지스터 및 상기 제1 트랜지스터 상에 배치되어 상기 제1 트랜지스터와 전기적으로 연결되는 제1 발광 소자를 포함하는 제1 화소;
상기 제1 화소에 인접하고, 제2 트랜지스터 및 상기 제2 트랜지스터 상에 배치되어 상기 제2 트랜지스터와 전기적으로 연결되는 제2 발광 소자를 포함하는 제2 화소; 및
상기 제1 화소 및 상기 제2 화소 상에 배치되고, 상기 제2 발광 소자에서 방출된 광을 반사시켜 상기 제1 트랜지스터에 조사하는 반사 부재를 포함하는, 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 반사 부재는 상기 제2 화소와 평면상 중첩하는, 표시 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 화소는 화상을 표시하는 표시 화소이고,
상기 제2 화소는 화상을 표시하지 않는 더미 화소인, 표시 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제2 화소는 청색광 및 백색광 중에서 어느 하나를 방출하는, 표시 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제2 화소는 청색광보다 짧은 파장을 가지는 광을 방출하는, 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 반사 부재는 상기 제1 화소와 상기 제2 화소 사이의 비발광 영역과 평면상 중첩하는, 표시 장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제1 화소 및 상기 제2 화소는 각각 화상을 표시하는 표시 화소인, 표시 장치. - 제6항에 있어서,

상기 제1 발광 소자 및 상기 제2 발광 소자를 구획하는 화소 정의막을 더 포함하고,

각각의 상기 제1 트랜지스터 및 상기 제2 트랜지스터는:
기판 상에 배치되는 게이트 전극;
상기 게이트 전극과 절연되어 상기 게이트 전극 상에 배치되는 반도체층; 및
상기 반도체층과 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 반도체층 상에 배치되는 소스/드레인 전극을 포함하는, 표시 장치. - 제1 트랜지스터 및 상기 제1 트랜지스터 상에 배치되어 상기 제1 트랜지스터와 전기적으로 연결되는 제1 발광 소자를 포함하는 제1 화소, 상기 제1 화소에 인접하고 제2 트랜지스터 및 상기 제2 트랜지스터 상에 배치되어 상기 제2 트랜지스터와 전기적으로 연결되는 제2 발광 소자를 포함하는 제2 화소, 그리고 상기 제1 화소 및 상기 제2 화소 상에 배치되는 반사 부재를 포함하는 표시 장치에 있어서,
상기 제1 트랜지스터를 구동하여 상기 제1 발광 소자에서 광을 방출하는 단계; 및
상기 제2 트랜지스터를 구동하여 상기 제2 발광 소자에서 방출된 광을 상기 반사 부재에 반사시켜 상기 제1 트랜지스터에 조사하는 단계를 포함하는, 표시 장치의 구동 방법. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 제1 트랜지스터가 구동된 시간이 소정의 시간보다 큰 경우에 상기 제2 트랜지스터를 구동하는, 표시 장치의 구동 방법. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 소정의 시간은 30분인, 표시 장치의 구동 방법. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 제1 트랜지스터가 구동된 시간이 상기 소정의 시간보다 큰 제1 시간인 경우에 상기 제2 트랜지스터를 제2 시간 동안 구동하는, 표시 장치의 구동 방법. - 제17항에 있어서,
상기 제1 시간은 30분 내지 2시간이고,
상기 제2 시간은 1분인, 표시 장치의 구동 방법. - 제17항에 있어서,
상기 제1 트랜지스터가 구동된 시간이 상기 제1 시간보다 큰 제3 시간인 경우에 상기 제2 트랜지스터를 상기 제2 시간보다 큰 제4 시간 동안 구동하는, 표시 장치의 구동 방법. - 제19항에 있어서,
상기 제3 시간은 2시간 내지 6시간이고,
상기 제4 시간은 10분인, 표시 장치의 구동 방법.
