Claims (13)
- 하기 화학식 I을 갖는 유기 발광 디바이스용 인광성 이미터:
<화학식 I>
상기 화학식에서,
X는 CRR', SiRR', C=O, N-R, B-R, O, S, SO, SO2 및 Se로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되며;
R2, Rx, R5 및 R6은 일치환, 이치환, 삼치환, 사치환 또는 비치환을 나타내며;
R, R', R1, R2, Rx, R4, R5 및 R6은 각각 수소, 중수소, 할라이드, 알킬, 시클로알킬, 헤테로알킬, 아릴알킬, 알콕시, 아릴옥시, 아미노, 실릴, 알케닐, 시클로알케닐, 헤테로알케닐, 알키닐, 아릴, 헤테로아릴, 카르복실산, 니트릴, 이소니트릴, 술파닐, 포스피노 및 이의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 독립적으로 선택되며;
임의의 2개의 인접하는 치환기는 임의로 함께 결합되어 고리를 형성하며,
n은 1 또는 2이고,
아래의 인광성 이미터는 제외된다:
- 애노드;
캐소드; 및
애노드와 캐소드의 사이에 배치되며, 제1항에 따른 화학식 I을 갖는 인광성 이미터를 포함하는 유기층을 포함하는 유기 발광 디바이스. - 제2항에 있어서, 유기층은 호스트를 더 포함하고, 상기 인광성 이미터는 호스트 내의 발광 도펀트인 유기 발광 디바이스.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 호스트는 금속 착물인 유기 발광 디바이스.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 호스트는 금속 카르벤 착물인 유기 발광 디바이스.
- 제2항의 유기 발광 디바이스를 포함하는 소비재.
- 제7항에 있어서, 조명 패널을 포함하는 소비재.
- 제7항에 있어서, 평판 패널 디스플레이, 완전 투명 디스플레이 및 플렉시블 디스플레이 중 하나로부터 선택되는 소비재.
- 제7항에 있어서, 컴퓨터 모니터, 의료용 모니터, 텔레비젼, 레이저 프린터, 헤드업 디스플레이, 랩탑 컴퓨터 및 평판 패널 디스플레이 중 하나로부터 선택되는 소비재.
- 제7항에 있어서, 전화기, 휴대폰, 개인용 정보 단말기(PDA), 디지탈 카메라, 캠코더, 뷰파인더, 마이크로디스플레이 및 자동차 중 하나로부터 선택되는 소비재.
