Abstract
Description
도 1은 차량의 차동장치(differential), 차축 및 휠들에 구동하게 인게이지된 전기 구동트레인을 갖는 전기 차축 파워트레인의 도시적인 다이어그램이다.
도 2는 모터/발전기, 2개의 유성 기어 세트들 및 2개의 브레이크들을 갖는 전기 구동트레인의 도식적인 다이어그램이다.
도 3은 모터/발전기, 3개의 유성 기어 세트들 및 2개의 브레이크들을 갖는 전기 구동트레인의 도식적인 다이어그램이다.
도 4는 모터/발전기, 2개의 유성 기어 세트들, 클러치 및 브레이크를 갖는 전기 구동트레인의 도식적인 다이어그램이다.

Claims (21)
- 전기 차축 파워트레인(electric axle powertrain)으로서,
모터/발전기, 상기 모터/발전기에 동작가능하게 연결되는 제 1 유성 기어(planetary gear) 세트, 및 상기 제 1 유성 기어 세트에 동작가능하게 연결되는 제 2 유성 기어 세트를 포함하는 전기 구동트레인 ― 상기 제 1 유성 기어 세트는 제 1 링 기어, 제 1 유성 캐리어(planet carrier) 및 제 1 태양(sun) 기어를 포함하고, 상기 제 2 유성 기어 세트는 제 2 링 기어, 제 2 유성 캐리어 및 제 2 태양 기어를 포함함 ―;
상기 전기 구동트레인에 동작가능하게 연결되는 구동 휠 차축; 및
상기 구동 휠 차축에 연결되는 제 1 휠 및 제 2 휠
을 포함하는, 전기 차축 파워트레인. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 모터/발전기는 상기 제 1 태양 기어에 연결되고, 상기 제 1 태양 기어는 상기 제 2 태양 기어에 연결되는, 전기 차축 파워트레인. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 유성 캐리어에 연결되는 제 1 브레이크, 및 상기 제 2 유성 캐리어에 연결되는 제 2 브레이크를 더 포함하는, 전기 차축 파워트레인. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 링 기어는 상기 제 2 링 기어에 연결되는, 전기 차축 파워트레인. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
제 3 링 기어, 제 3 유성 캐리어 및 제 3 태양 기어를 포함하는 제 3 유성 기어 세트를 더 포함하는, 전기 차축 파워트레인. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 유성 캐리어에 연결되는 제 1 브레이크 및 상기 제 3 유성 캐리어에 연결되는 제 2 브레이크를 더 포함하며, 상기 제 1 유성 캐리어는 그라운드 부재(grounded member)인, 전기 차축 파워트레인. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 모터/발전기는 상기 제 1 태양 기어에 연결되고, 상기 제 1 링 기어는 상기 제 2 태양 기어에 연결되고, 상기 제 2 태양 기어는 상기 제 3 태양 기어에 연결되는, 전기 차축 파워트레인. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 링 기어는 상기 제 3 링 기어에 연결되는, 전기 차축 파워트레인. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 유성 캐리어 및 상기 제 1 링 기어를 선택적으로 인게이지(engage)하도록 적응되는 클러치, 및 상기 제 1 링 기어와 연결되는 브레이크를 더 포함하는, 전기 차축 파워트레인. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 모터/발전기는 상기 제 1 태양 기어에 연결되고, 상기 제 1 유성 캐리어는 상기 제 2 태양 기어에 연결되고, 상기 제 2 링 기어는 그라운드 부재인, 전기 차축 파워트레인. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 유성 캐리어 및 상기 제 2 링 기어를 선택적으로 인게이지하도록 적응되는 클러치, 및 상기 제 2 링 기어와 연결되는 브레이크를 더 포함하는, 전기 차축 파워트레인. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 모터/발전기는 상기 제 1 태양 기어에 연결되고, 상기 제 1 유성 캐리어는 상기 제 2 태양 기어에 연결되고, 상기 제 1 링 기어는 그라운드 부재인, 전기 차축 파워트레인. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 유성 캐리어 및 상기 제 1 태양 기어 및 상기 제 2 태양 기어를 선택적으로 인게이지하도록 적응되는 클러치를 더 포함하고, 상기 제 1 링 기어와 연결되는 브레이크를 더 포함하는, 전기 차축 파워트레인. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 모터/발전기는 상기 제 1 태양 기어에 연결되고, 상기 제 2 링 기어는 그라운드 부재인, 전기 차축 파워트레인. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 유성 캐리어 및 상기 제 2 태양 기어를 선택적으로 인게이지하도록 적응되는 클러치, 및 상기 제 2 링 기어와 연결되는 브레이크를 더 포함하는, 전기 차축 파워트레인. - 제 15 항에 있어서,
상기 모터/발전기는 상기 제 1 태양 기어에 연결되고, 상기 제 1 유성 캐리어는 상기 제 2 태양 기어에 연결되고, 상기 제 1 링 기어는 그라운드 부재인, 전기 차축 파워트레인. - 전기 차축 파워트레인으로서,
제 1 모터/발전기, 제 2 모터/발전기 및 상기 제 2 모터/발전기에 동작가능하게 연결되는 유성 기어 세트를 포함하는 전기 구동트레인 ― 상기 유성 기어 세트는 제 1 링 기어, 제 1 유성 캐리어 및 제 1 태양 기어를 포함함 ―;
연속적으로 가변하는 상기 전기 구동트레인에 동작가능하게 연결되는 구동 휠 차축; 및
상기 구동 휠 차축에 연결되는 제 1 휠 및 제 2 휠
을 포함하는, 전기 차축 파워트레인. - 제 17 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 모터/발전기 및 상기 제 2 모터/발전기를 선택적으로 연결하도록 적응되는 제 1 클러치를 더 포함하고, 상기 제 2 모터/발전기 및 상기 제 1 링 기어를 선택적으로 연결하도록 적응되는 제 2 클러치를 더 포함하는, 전기 차축 파워트레인. - 제 18 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 링 기어 및 상기 제 2 클러치에 연결되는 브레이크를 더 포함하는, 전기 차축 파워트레인. - 제 19 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 모터/발전기는 상기 제 1 태양 기어에 연결되는, 전기 차축 파워트레인. - 제 20 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 모터/발전기에 연결되는 1-방향(one-way) 클러치를 더 포함하는, 전기 차축 파워트레인.
