도 2는 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 4륜 구동 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치에 적용되는 동력단속수단의 각 구동모드별 작동표이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 4륜 구동 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치의 EV모드에서의 동력전달 계통도이다.

Claims (20)
- 엔진의 출력축과 연결되는 제1 입력축;
상기 제1 입력축의 후방에 동일 축선상으로 배치되는 제2 입력축;
모터와 제너레이터 기능을 가지며, 상기 제2 입력축에 연결되는 제1 모터/제너레이터;
모터와 제너레이터 기능을 가지며, 후륜측 변속기 하우징에 구성되는 제2 모터/제너레이터;
상기 제1, 제2 입력축 사이에 배치되며, 3개의 회전요소 중, 제1 회전요소가 상기 제2 입력축에 직접 연결되고, 제2 회전요소가 상기 제1 입력축에 직접 연결되며, 제3 회전요소가 상기 제1 입력축에 선택적으로 연결되는 유성기어세트;
상기 제1, 제2 입력축에 각각 선택적으로 연결되는 2개의 출력기어를 통하여 상기 제1, 제2 입력축으로부터 전달되는 회전동력을 선택적으로 출력하는 동력전달수단;
상기 선택적으로 연결되는 부분에 구성되는 동력단속수단;
상기 동력전달수단으로부터 전달되는 회전동력을 전륜 디프렌셜에 감속하여 전달하는 전륜 감속기어수단; 및
상기 제2 모터/제너레이터로부터 전달되는 회전동력을 후륜 디프렌셜에 감속하여 전달하는 후륜 감속기어수단을 포함하는 4륜 구동 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유성기어세트는
싱글 피니언 유성기어세트로서, 제1 회전요소가 선기어, 제2 회전요소가 유성캐리어, 제3 회전요소가 링기어로 이루어지는 4륜 구동 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 동력전달수단은
상기 제2 입력축에 선택적으로 연결되는 전륜 제1 출력기어;
상기 유성기어세트의 제3 회전요소에 선택적으로 연결되는 전륜 제2 출력기어를 포함하는 4륜 구동 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 동력단속수단은
상기 제2 입력축과 상기 전륜 제1 출력기어 사이에 구성되는 제1 클러치;
상기 제1 입력축과 상기 유성기어세트의 제3 회전요소 사이에 구성되는 제2 클러치;
상기 유성기어세트의 제3 회전요소와 상기 전륜 제2 출력기어 사이에 구성되는 제3 클러치를 포함하는 4륜 구동 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 동력단속수단은
EV모드에서 제1 클러치가 작동하고,
엔진의 시동 및 연속모드에서 제2 클러치가 작동하고,
병렬모드 고정 1속에서 제1, 제2 클러치가 작동하고,
병렬모드 고정 2속에서 제2, 제3 클러치가 작동하고,
동력분기모드에서 제3 클러치가 작동하는 4륜 구동 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 전륜 감속기어수단은
상기 제1, 제2 입력축과 평행하게 배치되는 전륜 중간축;
상기 전륜 중간축 상에 고정 배치되어 상기 동력전달수단의 전륜 제1, 제2 출력기어와 각각 치합되는 전륜 제1, 제2 중간기어;
상기 전륜 중간축의 일단부에 구성되어 전륜 중간축의 회전동력을 전륜 디프렌셜의 전륜 종감속기어로 전달하는 전륜 최종출력기어를 포함하는 4륜 구동 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 전륜 제1 출력기어와 전륜 제1 중간기어의 기어비는 저속용으로 형성하고, 상기 전륜 제2 출력기어와 전륜 제2 중간기어의 기어비는 고속용으로 형성한 4륜 구동 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 후륜 감속기어수단은
상기 제2 모터/제너레이터의 제2 로터와 연결되는 로터축;
상기 로터축의 일단부에 구성되어 상기 로터축의 회전동력을 후륜 디프렌셜의 후륜 종감속기어로 전달하는 후륜 출력기어를 포함하는 4륜 구동 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 엔진의 출력축과 연결되는 제1 입력축;
상기 제1 입력축의 후방에 동일 축선상으로 배치되는 제2 입력축;
모터와 제너레이터 기능을 가지며, 상기 제2 입력축에 연결되는 제1 모터/제너레이터;
모터와 제너레이터 기능을 가지며, 후륜측 변속기 하우징에 구성되는 제2 모터/제너레이터;
상기 제1, 제2 입력축 사이에 배치되며, 선기어가 상기 제2 입력축에 직접 연결되고, 유성캐리어가 상기 제1 입력축에 직접 연결되며, 링기어가 상기 제1 입력축에 선택적으로 연결되는 유성기어세트;
상기 제1, 제2 입력축에 각각 선택적으로 연결되는 전륜 제2, 제1 출력기어를 통하여 상기 제1, 제2 입력축으로부터 전달되는 회전동력을 선택적으로 출력하는 동력전달수단;
상기 선택적으로 연결되는 부분에 구성되는 동력단속수단;
상기 동력전달수단으로부터 전달되는 회전동력을 전륜 디프렌셜에 감속하여 전달하는 전륜 감속기어수단; 및
상기 제2 모터/제너레이터로부터 전달되는 회전동력을 후륜 디프렌셜에 감속 전달하는 후륜 감속기어수단을 포함하는 4륜 구동 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 동력전달수단은
상기 제2 입력축에 선택적으로 연결되는 전륜 제1 출력기어;
상기 유성기어세트의 링기어에 선택적으로 연결되는 전륜 제2 출력기어를 포함하는 4륜 구동 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서,
상기 동력단속수단은
상기 제2 입력축과 전륜 제1 출력기어 사이에 구성되는 제1 클러치;
상기 제1 입력축과 유성기어세트의 링기어 사이에 구성되는 제2 클러치;
상기 유성기어세트의 링기어와 전륜 제2 출력기어 사이에 구성되는 제3 클러치를 포함하는 4륜 구동 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 동력단속수단은
EV모드에서 제1 클러치가 작동하고,
엔진의 시동 및 연속모드에서 제2 클러치가 작동하고,
병렬모드 고정 1속에서 제1, 제2 클러치가 작동하고,
병렬모드 고정 2속에서 제2, 제3 클러치가 작동하고,
동력분기모드에서 제3 클러치가 작동하는 4륜 구동 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 전륜 감속기어수단은
상기 제1, 제2 입력축과 평행하게 배치되는 전륜 중간축;
상기 전륜 중간축 상에 고정 배치되어 상기 전륜 제1, 제2 출력기어와 각각 치합되는 전륜 제1, 제2 중간기어;
상기 전륜 중간축의 일단부에 구성되어 전륜 중간축의 회전동력을 전륜 디프렌셜의 전륜 종감속기어로 전달하는 전륜 최종출력기어를 포함하는 4륜 구동 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 전륜 제1 출력기어와 전륜 제1 중간기어의 기어비는 저속용으로 형성하고, 상기 전륜 제2 출력기어와 전륜 제2 중간기어의 기어비는 고속용으로 형성한 4륜 구동 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 후륜 감속기어수단은
상기 제2 모터/제너레이터의 제2 로터와 연결되는 로터축;
상기 로터축의 일단부에 구성되어 상기 로터축의 회전동력을 후륜 디프렌셜의 후륜 종감속기어로 전달하는 후륜 출력기어를 포함하는 4륜 구동 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 엔진의 출력축과 연결되는 제1 입력축;
상기 제1 입력축의 후방에 동일 축선상으로 배치되는 제2 입력축;
모터와 제너레이터 기능을 가지며, 상기 제2 입력축에 연결되는 제1 모터/제너레이터;
모터와 제너레이터 기능을 가지며, 후륜측 변속기 하우징에 구성되는 제2 모터/제너레이터;
상기 제1, 제2 입력축 사이에 배치되며, 선기어가 상기 제2 입력축에 직접 연결되고, 유성캐리어가 상기 제1 입력축에 직접 연결되며, 링기어가 상기 제1 입력축에 선택적으로 연결되는 유성기어세트;
상기 제2 입력축에 선택적으로 연결되는 전륜 제1 출력기어;
상기 유성기어세트의 링기어에 선택적으로 연결되는 전륜 제2 출력기어;
상기 제2 입력축과 전륜 제1 출력기어 사이에 구성되는 제1 클러치;
상기 제1 입력축과 유성기어세트의 링기어 사이에 구성되는 제2 클러치;
상기 유성기어세트의 링기어와 전륜 제2 출력기어 사이에 구성되는 제3 클러치;
상기 전륜 제1, 제2 출력기어로부터 전달되는 회전동력을 전륜 디프렌셜에 감속 전달하는 전륜 감속기어수단; 및
상기 제2 모터/제너레이터로부터 전달되는 회전동력을 후륜 디프렌셜에 감속 전달하는 후륜 감속기어수단을 포함하는 4륜 구동 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제16항에 있어서,
상기 제1 클러치는 EV모드와 병렬모드 고정 1속에서 작동하고,
상기 제2 클러치는 엔진의 시동 및 연속모드와 병렬모드 고정 1속 및 2속에서 작동하고,
상기 제3 클러치는 병렬모드 고정 2속과 동력분기모드에서 작동하는 4륜 구동 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제16항에 있어서,
상기 전륜 감속기어수단은
상기 제1, 제2 입력축과 평행하게 배치되는 전륜 중간축;
상기 전륜 중간축 상에 고정 배치되어 상기 전륜 제1, 제2 출력기어와 각각 치합되는 전륜 제1, 제2 중간기어;
