Claims (15)
- 복합체로서,
a) ISO 1133 에 따라 측정된 용융 흐름 속도 MFR2 (230 ℃, 2.16 kg) 가 3.0 내지 140.0 g/10min 범위인, 상기 복합체의 총 중량을 기준으로, 50 내지 94 wt.-% 의 폴리프로필렌 기재로서, 상기 폴리프로필렌 기재는
i) 엘라스토머성 프로필렌 코폴리머 (EC) 가 분산되어 있는 매트릭스로서의 (반결정질) 폴리프로필렌 (PP) 을 포함하는 헤테로페이직 프로필렌 코폴리머 (HECO); 또는
ii) 프로필렌 호모폴리머 (hPP) 인, 상기 폴리프로필렌 기재; 및
b) 상기 복합체의 총 중량을 기준으로, 5 내지 30 wt.-% 의 셀룰로오스계 섬유 (CF); 및
c) 용융 온도가 ≥ 210 ℃ 인, 상기 복합체의 총 중량을 기준으로, 1 내지 20 wt.-% 의 폴리머계 섬유 (PF) 를 포함하는, 복합체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 헤테로페이직 프로필렌 코폴리머 (HECO) 는,
a) 용융 흐름 속도 MFR2 (230 ℃, 2.16 kg) 가 5.0 내지 120.0 g/10min 범위이고, 및/또는
b) 자일렌 냉 가용성 (XCS) 분율 (25 ℃) 이, 상기 헤테로페이직 프로필렌 코폴리머 (HECO) 의 총 중량을 기준으로, 15.0 내지 50.0 wt.-% 이고, 및/또는
c) 코모노머 함량이, 상기 헤테로페이직 프로필렌 코폴리머 (HECO) 를 기준으로, ≤ 30.0 mol.-% 인, 복합체. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 헤테로페이직 프로필렌 코폴리머 (HECO) 의 비정질 분율 (AM) 은,
a) 코모노머 함량은 상기 헤테로페이직 프로필렌 코폴리머 (HECO) 의 비정질 분율 (AM) 을 기준으로 30.0 내지 60.0 mol.-% 범위이고, 및/또는
b) 고유 점도 (IV) 는 1.8 내지 4.0 dl/g 범위인, 복합체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 프로필렌 호모폴리머 (hPP) 는
a) 용융 흐름 속도 MFR2 (230 ℃, 2.16 kg) 가 5.0 내지 120.0 g/10min 범위이고, 및/또는
b) ISO 11357-3 에 따라 측정된 용융 온도가 적어도 150 ℃ 이고, 및/또는
c) 자일렌 냉 가용성 (XCS) 함량이, 상기 프로필렌 호모폴리머 (hPP) 의 총 중량을 기준으로, 즉 4.5 wt.-% 미만인, 복합체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 셀룰로오스계 섬유 (CF) 는 목재, 아마, 헴, 황마, 밀짚, 라이스, 하드보드, 카드보드, 페이퍼, 펄프, 원료 셀룰로오스, 셀룰로오스, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트, 셀룰로오스 트리아세테이트, 셀룰로오스 프로피오네이트, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 프로피오네이트, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 부티레이트, 니트로셀룰로오스, 메틸셀룰로오스, 에틸셀룰로오스, 에틸 메틸 셀룰로오스, 히드록시에틸 셀룰로오스, 히드록시프로필 셀룰로오스 (HPC), 히드록시에틸 메틸 셀룰로오스, 히드록시프로필 메틸 셀룰로오스 (HPMC), 에틸 히드록시에틸 셀룰로오스, 카르복시메틸 셀룰로오스 (CMC), 및 이들의 임의의 혼합물로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는, 복합체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 셀룰로오스계 섬유 (CF) 는 체적 모멘트 평균 (D[4.3]) 직경이 1 과 1 200 ㎛ 사이인, 복합체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머계 섬유 (PF) 는 폴리비닐 알코올 (PVA) 섬유, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 (PET) 섬유, 폴리아미드 (PA) 섬유 및 이들의 혼합물들, 바람직하게 폴리비닐 알코올 (PVA) 섬유로부터 선택되는, 복합체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머계 섬유 (PF) 는
i) 섬유 평균 직경이 10 내지 30 ㎛ 의 범위이고, 및/또는
ii) 강성이 0.4 N/tex 내지 1.7 N/tex 인, 복합체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머계 섬유 (PF) 의 ISO 11357-3 에 따른 용융 온도 (Tm) 는, 상기 폴리프로필렌 기재의 ISO 11357-3 에 따른 용융 온도 (Tm) 를 초과하는, ≥42 ℃ 이고, 바람직하게 42 내지 200 ℃ 인, 복합체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 복합체는 밀도가 935 내지 970 kg/m3 의 범위인 폴리에틸렌 (PE) 이 없는, 복합체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 복합체는, 상기 복합체의 총 중량을 기준으로, 바람직하게 0.1 내지 6.0 wt.-% 의 양의 접착 촉진제 (AP) 를 포함하는, 복합체. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 접착 촉진제 (AP) 는 산 개질된 폴리올레핀, 무수물 개질된 폴리올레핀 및 개질된 스티렌 블록 코폴리머로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는, 복합체. - 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 접착 촉진제 (AP) 는 말레산 무수물 관능화된 폴리프로필렌인, 복합체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 복합체를 포함하는, 성형품.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 성형품은 자동차 물품인, 성형품.
