Claims (14)
- 적어도 열가소성 중간 층(3)을 통해서 서로 접합되는 외부 판유리(1) 및 내부 판유리(2), 그리고 중간 층(3)에 대면되는 내부 판유리(2)의 표면(III) 상의 투명 전기 전도 코팅(6)을 포함하는, 상부 연부(O) 및 하부 연부(U)를 가지는 헤드-업 디스플레이용 복합 판유리(10)이며, 중간 층(3)의 두께는 적어도 하부 연부(U)와 상부 연부(O) 사이의 수직 경로 내의 섹션들에서 가변적이고,
내부 판유리(2)는 1.6 mm 미만의 두께를 가지고, 외부 판유리(1)는 2.1 mm 내지 4.5 mm의 두께를 가지며, 복합 판유리(10)의 총 두께(d)는 적어도 4.4 mm인, 복합 판유리(10). - 제1항에 있어서,
차량 윈드실드인, 복합 판유리(10). - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
총 두께(d)는 4.4 mm 내지 6.0 mm, 바람직하게 4.4 mm 내지 5.5 mm인, 복합 판유리(10). - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,

중간 층(3)의 최소 두께가 0.4 mm 내지 1.5 mm, 바람직하게 0.5 mm 내지 1.0 mm인, 복합 판유리(10). - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
중간 층(3)은 0.2 mrad 내지 1 mrad, 바람직하게 0.3 mrad 내지 0.7 mrad, 특히 바람직하게 0.4 mrad 내지 0.5 mrad의 쐐기 각도(α)를 가지는, 복합 판유리(10). - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
외부 판유리(1) 및/또는 내부 판유리(2), 바람직하게 외부 판유리(1) 및 내부 판유리(2)는 유리, 바람직하게 소다 석회 유리로 제조되는, 복합 판유리(10). - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
중간 층(3)은 적어도 폴리비닐 부티랄(PVB), 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트(EVA), 폴리우레탄(PU), 또는 그 혼합물 또는 공중합체 또는 유도체를 포함하는, 복합 판유리(10). - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
전기 전도 코팅(6)은 은을 함유하는 적어도 하나의 전기 전도 층을 포함하는, 복합 판유리(10). - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 복합 판유리(10) 및 복합 판유리의 영역(B)에 겨냥되는 투사기(4)를 적어도 포함하는, 헤드-업 디스플레이용 투사 배열체이며, 중간 층(3)의 두께는 적어도 이러한 영역(B) 내에서 가변적인, 헤드-업 디스플레이용 투사 배열체.
- 상부 연부(O) 및 하부 연부(U)를 가지는 헤드-업 디스플레이용 복합 판유리(10)를 제조하기 위한 방법이며,
(a) 두께가 1.6 mm 미만인 내부 판유리(2)가 제공되고;
(b) 내부 판유리(2)의 하나의 표면(III)이 투명 전기 전도 코팅(6)을 구비하고;
(c) 두께가 적어도 2개의 대향 연부들 사이의 경로 내의 섹션들 내에서 가변적인, 열가소성 중간 층(3)이 제공되고;
(d) 중간 층(3)은 외부 판유리(1)와 내부 판유리(2) 사이에 배열되고, 코팅(6)을 구비하는 내부 판유리의 표면(III)은 중간 층(3)에 대면되고, 중간 층(3)의 연부들은 상부 연부(O) 및 하부 연부(U)를 향해서 지향되어 배향되고, 복합 판유리(10)의 총 두께(d)는 적어도 4.0 mm이고; 그리고
(e) 내부 판유리(2) 및 외부 판유리(1)가 적층에 의해서 함께 접합되는, 방법. - 제12항에 있어서,
전기 전도 코팅(6)은 물리증착(PVD)에 의해서, 바람직하게 음극 스퍼터링에 의해서, 특히 바람직하게 자기장-강화 음극 스퍼터링에 의해서 도포되는, 방법. - 자동차, 바람직하게 승용차에서, 헤드-업 디스플레이의 투사 표면으로서의 역할을 하는 윈드실드로서의, 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 복합 판유리의 용도.
