Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 폴리비닐 알코올계 수지(A) 및 가소제(B)를 함유하여 이루어진 수용성 필름이며, 상기 가소제(B)가 융점이 80℃ 이상인 다가 알코올(b1)과 융점이 50℃ 이하인 다가 알코올(b2)을 함유하고, 상기 가소제(B)의 함유량이 상기 폴리비닐 알코올계 수지(A) 100중량부에 대해서 25중량부 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 필름.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 가소제(B)에서, 융점이 80℃ 이상인 다가 알코올(b1)과 융점이 50℃ 이하인 다가 알코올(b2)의 함유 비율(b1/b2)이 중량비로 0.1∼5인 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 필름. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
상기 가소제(B)에서, 융점이 80℃ 이상인 다가 알코올(b1)과 융점이 50℃ 이하인 다가 알코올(b2)의 함유 비율(b1/b2)이 중량비로 0.1∼0.9인 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 필름. - 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 융점이 80℃ 이상인 다가 알코올(b1)의 1분자 중의 수산기의 수가 4개 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 필름. - 청구항 1 내지 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 융점이 80℃ 이상인 다가 알코올(b1)의 분자량이 150 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 필름. - 청구항 1 내지 5 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 융점이 50℃ 이하인 다가 알코올(b2)의 1 분자 중의 수산기의 수가 4개 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 필름. - 청구항 1 내지 6 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 융점이 50℃ 이하인 다가 알코올(b2)의 분자량이 100 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 필름. - 청구항 1 내지 7 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리비닐 알코올계 수지(A)는 음이온성기 변성 폴리비닐 알코올계 수지를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 필름. - 청구항 1 내지 8 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리비닐 알코올계 수지(A)는 음이온성기 변성 폴리비닐 알코올계 수지 및 미변성 폴리비닐 알코올을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 필름. - 청구항 1 내지 9 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
수용성 필름의 함수율이 3∼15중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 필름. - 청구항 1 내지 10 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
약제 포장에 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 필름. - 청구항 1∼11 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 수용성 필름으로 형성된 포장백(package bag)과, 포장백(package bag)에 포장된 액체 세제로 이루어진 약제 포장체.
- 청구항 12에 있어서,
상기 액체 세제를 물에 용해 또는 분산시켰을 때의 pH값이 6∼12이며, 상기 액체 세제의 수분량이 15중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 약제 포장체.
