Abstract
a) 경질의 가솔린 컷 LCN 및 제 1 중질의 가솔린 컷 HCN 을 회수하도록 상기 가솔린을 분별하는 단계,
b) 제 1 중질의 가솔린 컷 HCN 을 탈황하기 위한 제 1 단계를 실시하는 단계,
c) 본질적으로 수소 및 H2S 로 구성된 가스상 및 용해된 H2S 를 포함하는 액체 탄화수소상 HCN 을 생성하는 방식으로 단계 b) 로부터 얻어진 제 1 탈황 배출물을 부분적으로 응축하는 단계,
d) 액체 탄화수소상 HCN 을 중간질의 가솔린 컷 MCN 및 제 2 중질의 가솔린 컷 HHCN 으로 분리하는 단계,
e) 제 2 중질의 가솔린 컷 HHCN 을 탈황하기 위한 제 2 단계를 실시하는 단계를 포함한다.

Claims (16)
- 황-함유 화합물, 올레핀 및 디올레핀을 함유하는 가솔린의 탈황 방법으로서,
상기 방법은 적어도,
a) 경질의 가솔린 컷 LCN 및 제 1 중질의 가솔린 컷 HCN 을 회수하도록 상기 가솔린을 분별하는 단계,
b) 제 1 탈황 배출물을 생성하는 방식으로, 수소화탈황 촉매 및 수소의 존재하에서, 160 ℃ ~ 450 ℃ 범위의 온도에서, 0.5 ~ 8 MPa 범위의 압력에서, 0.5 내지 20 h-1 범위의 액체 속도로 그리고 시간당 정규 ㎥ 으로 표현되는 수소의 유량과 표준 조건하에서 시간당 ㎥ 으로 표현되는 처리될 공급물의 유량 사이의 비가 50 N㎥/㎥ ~ 1000 N㎥/㎥ 의 범위로, 상기 제 1 중질의 가솔린 컷 HCN 을 탈황하기 위한 제 1 단계를 실시하는 단계,
c) 수소 및 H2S 로 본질적으로 구성된 가스상 및 용해된 H2S 를 포함하는 액체 탄화수소상 HCN 을 생성하는 방식으로 상기 단계 b) 로부터 얻어진 상기 제 1 탈황 배출물을 부분적으로 응축하는 단계,
d) 상기 액체 탄화수소상 HCN 을 중간질의 가솔린 컷 MCN 및 제 2 중질의 가솔린 컷 HHCN 으로 분리하는 단계,
e) 탈황된 제 2 중질의 가솔린 컷 HHCN 을 생성하는 방식으로, 수소화탈황 촉매 및 수소의 존재하에서, 160 ℃ ~ 450 ℃ 범위의 온도에서, 0.5 ~ 8 MPa 범위의 압력에서, 0.5 내지 20 h-1 범위의 액체 속도로 그리고 시간당 정규 ㎥ 으로 표현되는 수소의 유량과 표준 조건하에서 시간당 ㎥ 으로 표현되는 처리될 공급물의 유량 사이의 비가 50 N㎥/㎥ ~ 1000 N㎥/㎥ 의 범위로, 상기 제 2 중질의 가솔린 컷 HHCN 을 탈황하기 위한 제 2 단계를 실시하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 방법은,
● 용해된 H2S 함량이 낮은 액체 탄화수소상 HCN 을 생성하도록 상기 단계 c) 로부터 얻어진 상기 액체 탄화수소상 HCN 의 용해된 H2S 가 분리되는 단계 c') 로서, 용해된 H2S 함량이 낮은 상기 액체 탄화수소상 HCN 은 상기 단계 d) 에서 처리되는, 상기 단계 c'), 또는
● 용해된 H2S 함량이 낮는 중간질의 가솔린 컷 MCN 을 생성하도록 단계 d) 에서 얻어진 상기 중간질의 가솔린 컷 MCN 의 용해된 H2S 가 분리되는 단계 d') 를 포함하는, 가솔린의 탈황 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 단계 c') 또는 상기 단계 d') 는 가스로 스트리핑함으로써 실시되는, 가솔린의 탈황 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 단계 c') 또는 상기 단계 d') 는 흡착 방법에 의해 실시되는, 가솔린의 탈황 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 단계 c') 또는 상기 단계 d') 는 H2S 를 함유하는 C4- 탄화수소상 및 용해된 H2S 함량이 낮은 액체 탄화수소상 HCN 을 분리하도록 구성된 안정화 칼럼에서 실시되는, 가솔린의 탈황 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 단계 c') 및 상기 단계 d) 는,
● 분별 칼럼의 헤드로부터 인출되는 H2S 를 본질적으로 함유하는 가스상,
● 상기 분별 칼럼의 헤드 아래의 사이드 스트림으로서 인출되는 중간질의 가솔린 컷 MCN,
● 상기 분별 칼럼의 하부로부터 인출되는 제 2 중질의 가솔린 컷 HHCN 을 분리하도록 구성된 상기 분별 칼럼에서 부수적으로 실시되는, 가솔린의 탈황 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 단계 c') 및 상기 단계 d) 는,
● 분별 칼럼의 헤드로부터 H2S 및 탄화수소를 함유하는 가스상,
● 상기 분별 칼럼의 하부로부터 인출되는 제 2 중질의 가솔린 컷 HHCN 을 분리하도록 구성된 상기 분별 칼럼에서 부수적으로 실시되고,
상기 가스상은 H2S 및 중간질의 가솔린 컷 MCN 을 본질적으로 함유하는 가스 스트림을 생성하는 방식으로 냉각 및 응축되는, 가솔린의 탈황 방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 중간질 가솔린 컷 MCN 은 안정화 칼럼으로 보내어지는, 가솔린의 탈황 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 중간질 가솔린 컷 MCN 은 5 % ~ 95 % 증류 중량 지점 사이의 온도차 (△T) 를 가지고, 상기 온도차는 75 ℃ 이하인, 가솔린의 탈황 방법. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 중간질의 가솔린 컷 MCN 에 대한 5 % ~ 95 % 증류 중량 지점 사이의 온도차 (△T) 는 20 ℃ ~ 65 ℃ 범위인, 가솔린의 탈황 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 단계 e) 로부터 얻은 제 2 탈황된 중질의 가솔린 컷 HHCN 은 안정화 칼럼으로 보내어지는, 가솔린의 탈황 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 중간질의 가솔린 컷 MCN 은 수소화탈황 단계 f) 에서 처리되는, 가솔린의 탈황 방법. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 단계 f) 로부터 얻은 탈황된 중간질의 가솔린 컷 MCN 은 안정화 칼럼으로 보내어지는, 가솔린의 탈황 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 중간질의 가솔린 컷 MCN 은 티오펜 황-함유 화합물 함량이 낮은 중간질의 가솔린 컷 MCN 을 생성하는 방식으로 액체/액체 추출 공정 또는 추출 증류 공정 또는 흡착 공정에서 처리되는, 가솔린의 탈황 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 단계 a) 전에, 상기 가솔린은, 수소 및 선택적인 수소화 촉매의 존재하에서, 디올레핀을 적어도 부분적으로 수소화시키고 황-함유 화합물의 일부의 분자량을 증가시키도록 반응을 실시하는 방식으로 처리되고, 상기 단계 a) 는 50 ℃ ~ 250 ℃ 범위의 온도에서, 0.4 ~ 5 MPa 범위의 압력에서, 공간 속도가 0.5 ~ 20 h-1 범위이며 그리고 시간당 정규 ㎥ 으로 표현되는 수소의 유량과 표준 조건하에서 시간당 ㎥ 으로 표현되는 처리될 공급물의 유량 사이의 비가 2 N㎥/㎥ ~ 100 N㎥/㎥ 의 범위로 작동되는, 가솔린의 탈황 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 단계 b) 및 상기 단계 e) 의 수소화탈황 촉매는 VIII 족으로부터 적어도 하나의 원소, VIb 족으로부터 적어도 하나의 원소 및 지지체를 포함하는, 가솔린의 탈황 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 가솔린 컷은 촉매 분해 또는 열 분해 유닛으로부터 얻어지는, 가솔린의 탈황 방법.
