Abstract

으로 분별하는 단계,
b) 적어도 부분적으로 탈황된 일차적인 중간질의 가솔린 컷 MCN 을 생성하는 방식으로 일차적인 중간질의 가솔린 컷 MCN 만을 탈황하는 단계;
c) 적어도 부분적으로 탈황된 일차적인 중질의 가솔린 컷 HHCN 을 생성하는 방식으로 일차적인 중질의 가솔린 컷 HHCN 만을 탈황하는 단계;
d) 혼합물로서, 부분적으로 탈황된 일차적인 중간질의 가솔린 컷 MCN 및 부분적으로 탈황된 일차적인 중질의 가솔린 컷 HHCN 을 분리 칼럼으로 보내어, 수소 및 H2S 를 함유하는 가스 스트림, 황 및 메르캅탄 함량이 낮은 이차적인 중간질의 가솔린 컷 MCN 및 재조합 메르캅탄을 포함하는 황-함유 화합물을 함유하는 이차적인 중질의 가솔린 컷 HHCN 을 분리하는 단계;

Claims (14)
- 황-함유 화합물, 올레핀 및 디올레핀을 함유하는 가솔린을 처리하기 위한 방법으로서,
a) 상기 가솔린을 적어도,
● 경질의 가솔린 컷 LCN (Light Cracked Naphtha),
● 일차적인 중간질의 가솔린 컷 MCN (Middle Cracked Naphtha), 및
● 일차적인 중질의 가솔린 컷 HHCN (Heavy Heavy Cracked Naphta)
으로 분별하는 단계,
b) 적어도 부분적으로 탈황된 일차적인 중간질의 가솔린 컷 MCN 을 생성하는 방식으로, 수소화탈황 촉매 및 수소의 존재하에서, 160 ℃ ~ 450 ℃ 범위의 온도에서, 0.5 ~ 8 MPa 범위의 압력에서, 0.5 ~ 20 h-1 범위의 액체 공간 속도로 그리고 시간당 정규 ㎥ 으로 표현되는 수소의 유량과 표준 조건하에서 시간당 ㎥ 으로 표현되는 처리될 공급물의 유량 사이의 비가 50 N㎥/㎥ ~ 1000 N㎥/㎥ 의 범위로, 상기 일차적인 중간질의 가솔린 컷 MCN 만을 탈황하는 단계,
c) 적어도 부분적으로 탈황된 일차적인 중질의 가솔린 컷 HHCN 을 생성하는 방식으로, 수소화탈황 촉매 및 수소의 존재하에서, 200 ℃ ~ 450 ℃ 범위의 온도에서, 0.5 ~ 8 MPa 범위의 압력에서, 0.5 ~ 20 h-1 범위의 액체 공간 속도로 그리고 시간당 정규 ㎥ 으로 표현되는 수소의 유량과 표준 조건하에서 시간당 ㎥ 으로 표현되는 처리될 공급물의 유량 사이의 비가 50 N㎥/㎥ ~ 1000 N㎥/㎥ 의 범위로, 상기 일차적인 중질의 가솔린 컷 HHCN 만을 탈황하는 단계,
d) 혼합물로서, 상기 단계 b) 를 후속하는 처리를 행하지 않은 상기 부분적으로 탈황된 일차적인 중간질의 가솔린 컷 MCN 및 상기 단계 c) 를 후속하는 처리를 행하지 않은 상기 부분적으로 탈황된 일차적인 중질의 가솔린 컷 HHCN 을 분리 칼럼으로 보내어, 수소 및 H2S 를 함유하는 가스 스트림, 황 및 메르캅탄 함량이 낮은 이차적인 중간질의 가솔린 컷 MCN 및 재조합 메르캅탄을 포함하는 황-함유 화합물을 함유하는 이차적인 중질의 가솔린 컷 HHCN 을 분리하는 단계,
e) 수소화탈황 촉매 및 수소의 존재하에서, 200 ℃ ~ 450 ℃ 범위의 온도에서, 0.5 ~ 8 MPa 범위의 압력에서, 0.5 ~ 20 h-1 범위의 액체 공간 속도로 그리고 시간당 정규 ㎥ 으로 표현되는 수소의 유량과 표준 조건하에서 시간당 ㎥ 으로 표현되는 처리될 공급물의 유량 사이의 비가 50 N㎥/㎥ ~ 1000 N㎥/㎥ 의 범위로, 상기 재조합 메르캅탄을 포함하는 황-함유 화합물을 함유하는, 상기 단계 d) 에서 얻어진 상기 이차적인 중질의 가솔린 컷 HHCN 을 탈황하는 단계를 포함하는, 가솔린을 처리하기 위한 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 단계 d) 의 상기 분리 칼럼은, 상기 분리 칼럼의 헤드로부터 가스 스트림을, 중간의 측면 스트림을 통하여 함 함량 및 메르캅탄 함량이 낮은 상기 이차적인 중간질의 가솔린 컷 MCN 을, 및 상기 분리 칼럼의 하부로부터 재조합 메르캅탄을 포함하는 황-함유 화합물을 포함하는 상기 이차적인 중질의 가솔린 컷 HHCN 을 분리하도록 구성되는, 가솔린을 처리하기 위한 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 단계 d) 의 상기 분리 칼럼은, 상기 분리 칼럼의 헤드로부터 수소, H2S 및 상기 이차적인 중간질의 가솔린 컷 MCN 을 함유하는 혼합물을, 그리고 상기 분리 칼럼의 하부로부터 재조합 메르캅탄을 포함하는 황-함유 화합물을 함유하는 상기 이차적인 중질의 가솔린 컷 HHCN 을 분리하도록 구성되고,
상기 혼합물은, 냉각되고 그리고 수소와 H2S 를 함유하는 가스 스트림 및 황 및 메르캅탄 함량이 낮은 상기 이차적인 중간질의 가솔린 컷 MCN 을 분리하도록 분리 유닛으로 보내어지는, 가솔린을 처리하기 위한 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에서,
상기 단계 a) 전에, 상기 가솔린은 수소 및 선택적인 수소화 촉매의 존재하에서 디올레핀을 수소화시키고 황-함유 화합물의 일부에서 분자량을 증가시키도록 반응을 실시하는 방식으로 처리되고, 상기 단계 a) 는 50 ℃ ~ 250 ℃ 범위의 온도에서, 1 ~ 5 MPa 범위의 압력에서, 액체 공간 속도가 0.5 ~ 20 h-1 범위이며 그리고 시간당 정규 ㎥ 으로 표현되는 수소의 유량과 표준 조건하에서 시간당 ㎥ 으로 표현되는 처리될 공급물의 유량 사이의 비가 2 N㎥/㎥ ~ 100 N㎥/㎥ 의 범위로 작동되는, 가솔린을 처리하기 위한 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 단계 a) 는 2 개의 분별 단계들,
a1) 상기 가솔린을 경질의 가솔린 컷 LCN 및 중간의 중질의 가솔린 컷 HCN 으로 분별하는 단계,
a2) 상기 중간의 중질의 가솔린 컷 HCN 을 적어도 하나의 일차적인 중간질의 가솔린 컷 MCN 및 일차적인 중질의 가솔린 컷 HHCN 으로 분별하는 단계로 실시되는, 가솔린을 처리하기 위한 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 단계 a) 는 단일의 분별 단계로 실시되는, 가솔린을 처리하기 위한 방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 단계 a) 는 벽이 분리된 증류 칼럼에서 실시되는, 가솔린을 처리하기 위한 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 단계 b) 로부터 얻어진 상기 일차적인 중간질의 가솔린 컷 MCN 은 5 % 및 95 % 증류 중량점 사이의 온도차 (△T) 가 75 미만인, 가솔린을 처리하기 위한 방법. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
5 % 및 95 % 증류 중량점들 사이의 상기 온도차 (△T) 는 20 ℃ ~ 65 ℃ 범위인, 가솔린을 처리하기 위한 방법. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 단계 d) 로부터 얻어진 상기 이차적인 중간질의 가솔린 컷 MCN 은 상기 일차적인 중간질의 가솔린 컷 MCN 에 대한 온도차와 동일하게 5 % 및 95 % 증류 중량점 사이의 온도차 (△T) 를 가지는, 가솔린을 처리하기 위한 방법. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
