c)少なくとも部分的に脱硫された一次重質ガソリンカットHHCNを製造するような方法で、水素化脱硫触媒および水素の存在下、200℃〜450℃の範囲の温度で、0.5〜8MPaの範囲の圧力で、0.5〜20h−1の範囲の液空間速度を用いて、50Nm3/m3〜1000Nm3/m3の範囲の1時間あたりのノーマルm3で表される水素の流量と、標準状態下で1時間あたりのm3で表される処理されるべき供給物の流量の間の比を用いて、一次重質ガソリンカットHHCN単独を脱硫するステップと、
d)混合物として、ステップb)後の処理を受けていない部分的に脱硫された一次中間ガソリンカットMCNおよびステップc)後の処理を受けていない部分的に脱硫された一次重質ガソリンカットHHCNを、分離カラムに送って、水素およびH2Sを含有するガス状ストリーム、硫黄およびメルカプタン含量の低い二次中間ガソリンカットMCNおよび組換えメルカプタンを含む硫黄含有化合物を含有する二次重質ガソリンカットHHCNを分離するステップと、
e)水素化脱硫触媒および水素の存在下、200℃〜450℃の範囲の温度で、0.5〜8MPaの範囲の圧力で、0.5〜20h−1の範囲の液空間速度を用いて、50Nm3/m3〜1000Nm3/m3の範囲の1時間あたりのノーマルm3で表される水素の流量と、標準状態下で1時間あたりのm3で表される処理されるべき供給物の流量の間の比を用いて、組換えメルカプタンを含む硫黄含有化合物を含有する、ステップd)から得られた二次重質ガソリンカットHHCNを脱硫するステップと

a2)中間重質ガソリンカットHCNを少なくとも1種の一次中間ガソリンカットMCNおよび一次重質ガソリンカットHHCNに分留するステップ
で実施され得る。
本発明に従うプロセスを使用して、沸点範囲が、通常、およそ2または3個の炭素原子を含有する炭化水素(C2またはC3)の沸点からおよそ250℃、好ましくは、およそ2または3個の炭素原子を含有する炭化水素(C2またはC3)の沸点からおよそ220℃、より好ましくは、およそ4個の炭素原子を含有する炭化水素の沸点からおよそ220℃に広がる、硫黄を含有する任意の種類のオレフィンガソリンカットを処理できる。本発明に従うプロセスを、例えば、C5〜200℃またはC5〜160℃カットなどの上記終点未満の終点を有する供給物を処理するために使用してもよい。

図1の実施例に従って、一次中間ガソリンカットMCNは、5%蒸留された重量温度が58℃であり、95%蒸留された重量温度が100℃であるカットであった(科学文献(Oil Gas Sci. Technol.第54巻(1999年)、第4号、431〜438頁)に記載される「CSD」シミュレートされた蒸留法に従って決定された点)。この一次中間ガソリンカットMCNについて、重量で5%および95%蒸留点間の温度差が42℃であった。
したがって、本発明に従うプロセスを使用して、水素化脱硫のためのステップ(ステップb)および分留のためのステップ(ステップd)後に、総硫黄含量の低い、硫黄当量として表される重量で10ppm未満のメルカプタン含量を有する中間ガソリンを製造でき、それによって、オレフィンの水素添加を制限する。
Claims (14)
- 硫黄含有化合物、オレフィンおよびジオレフィンを含有するガソリンを処理するための方法であって、以下のステップ:
a)ガソリンを、少なくとも:
・軽質ガソリンカットLCN、
・一次中間ガソリンカットMCN、および
・一次重質ガソリンカットHHCN
に分留するステップと、
b)少なくとも部分的に脱硫された一次中間ガソリンカットMCNを製造するように、水素化脱硫触媒および水素の存在下、160℃〜450℃の範囲の温度で、0.5〜8MPaの範囲の圧力で、0.5〜20h−1の範囲の液空間速度を用いて、1時間あたりのノーマルm3で表される水素の流量と、標準状態下で1時間あたりのm3で表される処理すべき供給物の流量との間の比50Nm3/m3〜1000Nm3/m3の範囲を用いて、一次中間ガソリンカットMCNだけを脱硫するステップと、
c)少なくとも部分的に脱硫された一次重質ガソリンカットHHCNを製造するように、水素化脱硫触媒および水素の存在下、200℃〜450℃の範囲の温度で、0.5〜8MPaの範囲の圧力で、0.5〜20h−1の範囲の液空間速度を用いて、1時間あたりのノーマルm3で表される水素の流量と、標準状態下で1時間あたりのm3で表される処理されるべき供給物の流量との間の比50Nm3/m3〜1000Nm3/m3の範囲を用いて、一次重質ガソリンカットHHCNだけを脱硫するステップと、
d)ステップb)後の処理を受けていない部分的に脱硫された一次中間ガソリンカットMCNと、ステップc)後の処理を受けていない部分的に脱硫された一次重質カットHHCNとを、混合物として分離カラムに送って、水素およびH2Sを含有するガス状ストリームと、硫黄およびメルカプタン含量の低い二次中間ガソリンカットMCNと、組換えメルカプタンを含む硫黄含有化合物を含有する二次重質ガソリンカットHHCNとを分離するステップと、
e)水素化脱硫触媒および水素の存在下、200℃〜450℃の範囲の温度で、0.5〜8MPaの範囲の圧力で、0.5〜20h−1の範囲の液空間速度を用いて、1時間あたりのノーマルm3で表される水素の流量と、標準状態下で1時間あたりのm3で表される処理すべき供給物の流量との間の比50Nm3/m3〜1000Nm3/m3の範囲を用いて、組換えメルカプタンを含む硫黄含有化合物を含有する、ステップd)から得られた二次重質ガソリンカットHHCNを脱硫するステップと

- ステップd)の分離カラムが、カラムのヘッドからの水素、H2Sおよび二次中間ガソリンカットMCNを含有する混合物と、カラムのボトムからの組換えメルカプタンを含む硫黄含有化合物を含有する二次重質ガソリンカットHHCNとを分離するように構成され、前記混合物が、冷却され、水素およびH2Sを含有するガス状ストリームと、硫黄およびメルカプタン含量が低い二次中間ガソリンカットMCNとを分離するために分離ユニットに送られる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップa)の前に、ジオレフィンを水素添加し、硫黄含有化合物部分に分子量増大反応を実施するように、水素および選択的水素添加触媒の存在下でガソリンが処理され、ステップa)が、50℃〜250℃の範囲の温度で、1〜5MPaの範囲の圧力で、0.5〜20h−1の範囲の液空間速度を用いて、1時間あたりのノーマルm3で表される水素の流量と、標準状態下で1時間あたりのm3で表される処理されるべき供給物の流量との間の比2Nm3/m3〜100Nm3/m3の範囲を用いて操作される、請求項1〜3のうちの一項に記載の方法。
- ステップa)が、2つの分留ステップ:
a1)ガソリンを軽質ガソリンカットLCNおよび中間重質ガソリンカットHCNに分留するステップ、
a2)中間重質ガソリンカットHCNを少なくとも1種の一次中間ガソリンカットMCNおよび一次重質ガソリンカットHHCNに分留するステップ
で実施される、請求項1〜4のうちの一項に記載の方法。 - ステップa)が、単一分留ステップで実施される、請求項1〜4のうちの一項に記載の方法。
- ステップa)が、分割壁蒸留カラムで実施される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- ステップb)から得られる一次中間ガソリンカットMCNが、5%から95%蒸留された重量点の間の温度差(ΔT)75℃未満を有する、請求項1〜7のうちの一項に記載の方法。
- 5%および95%蒸留された重量点の間の温度差ΔTが、20℃から65℃の範囲にある、請求項8に記載の方法。
- ステップd)から得られた二次中間ガソリンカットMCNが、一次中間ガソリンカットMCNのものと同一の、5%および95%蒸留された重量点の間の温度差ΔTを有する、請求項8または請求項9に記載の方法。
- ステップd)から得られた二次中間ガソリンカットMCNが、一次中間ガソリンカットMCNのもの未満である、5%および95%蒸留された重量点の間の温度差ΔTを有し、5%および95%蒸留された重量点の間の前記温度差ΔTが、75℃未満であると理解される、請求項8または請求項9に記載の方法。
- ステップb)およびc)の水素化脱硫触媒が、第VIII族から選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素、第VIb族から選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素および支持体を含む、請求項1〜11のうちの一項に記載の方法。
- ステップd)から得られた二次中間ガソリンカットMCNおよびステップe)から得られた脱硫された二次重質ガソリンカットHHCNが、共用の安定化カラムに送られる、請求項1〜12のうちの一項に記載の方法。
- ガソリンカットが、接触分解またはサーマル分解ユニットから得られる、請求項1〜13のうちの一項に記載の方法。
