Claims (16)
- 탄화수소 스트림의 황 함량을 감소시키기 위한 공정에 있어서,
디엔류 및 메르캅탄류의 적어도 일부분을 티오에테르류로 전환하고 디엔류의 적어도 일부분을 수소첨가반응하기 위해 수소첨가반응 촉매와 전 범위 분해 나프타를 접촉시키는 단계;
상기 전 범위 분해 나프타를 경질 나프타 분획, 중간질 나프타 분획 및 중질 나프타 분획으로 분류시키는 단계;
상기 중질 나프타 분획을 수소첨가탈황 시키는 단계;
감소된 디엔 함량을 가지는 유출액을 얻기 위해 선택적인 수소첨가반응 촉매를 포함하는 고정 베드 반응기에 상기 중간질 나프타 분획을 수소와 함께 공급한 다음, 혼합물을 형성하기 위해 수소 및 가스 오일과 함께 상기 유출액을 혼합하는 단계;
황화수소, 미반응 수소, 및 감소된 황 농도를 가지는 중간질 나프타 분획을 포함하는 반응기 유출액을 생산하기 위해 수소첨가탈황 반응기에서 상기 혼합물을 수소첨가탈황 촉매와 접촉시키는 단계; 및
상기 가스 오일, 상기 미반응 수소 및 황화 수소로부터 감소된 황 농도를 가지는 상기 중간질 나프타 분획을 분리하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 경질 나프타 분획은 120°F로부터 190°F까지의 범위에서 비등범위 최종점을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 중간질 나프타 분획은 150°F 미만의, 최종점 온도에서 초기 비등점 온도를 뺀, 비등범위를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 중질 나프타 분획은 230°F 으로부터 270°F까지의 범위에서 초기 비등점을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전 범위 분해 나프타를 접촉시키는 단계는, 촉매 증류 반응기 시스템에서 상기 전 범위 분해 나프타를 상기 경질 나프타 분획과 중간질 나프타 및 중질 나프타가 결합된 분획으로 분류하는 단계와 동시에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전 범위 분해 나프타를 접촉시키는 단계는 상기 전 범위 분해 나프타를 촉매 증류 반응기 시스템에서 분류하는 단계와 동시에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 혼합하는 단계 전에 수소첨가반응 촉매와, 수소 및 상기 중간질 나프타 분획을 접촉시키는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 가스 오일 대 상기 중간질 나프타 분획의 부피비는 0.5:1 내지 5:1의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 경질 나프타 분획은 15 ppm 미만의 황함량을 가지고, 감소된 황 농도를 가지는 상기 중간질 나프타 분획은 5 ppm 미만의 황함량을 가지며, 상기 수소첨가탈황된 중질 나프타 분획은 12 ppm 미만의 황함량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 10 ppm 또는 그 이하의 황 함량을 가지는 전 범위 나프타 산물을 생산하기 위해 상기 경질 나프타 분획, 감소된 황 농도를 가지는 상기 중간질 나프타 분획, 및 상기 수소첨가탈황된 중질 나프타 분획을 혼합하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 중질 나프타 분획을 수소첨가탈황 하는 단계는,
각각 수소첨가탈황 촉매를 포함하는 제 1 수소첨가탈황 반응 구역 및 제 2 수소첨가탈황 반응 구역을 가지는 촉매 증류 반응기 시스템으로 수소 및 상기 중질 나프타 분획을 공급하는 단계;
다음의 단계를 동시에 수행하는 단계;
- 상기 중질 나프타 분획을 경질 분획과 중질 분획으로 분류하는 단계;
- 감소된 황함량을 가지는 상기 경질 분획, 미반응 수소 및 황화수소를 포함하는 오버헤드 분획을 생산하기 위해 상기 제 1 수소첨가탈황반응 구역에서 상기 수소첨가탈황 촉매에 상기 경질 분획 및 수소를 접촉시키는 단계;
- 감소된 황함량을 가지는 상기 중질 분획을 포함하는 바텀 분획을 생산하기 위해 상기 제 2 수소첨가탈황반응 구역에서 상기 수소첨가탈황 촉매에 상기 중질 분획 및 수소를 접촉시키는 단계;
상기 오버헤드 및 바텀 분획으로부터 미반응 수소 및 황화수소를 분리시키는 단계; 및
감소된 황 함량을 가지는 상기 경질 분획 및 감소된 황 함량을 가지는 상기 중질 분획을 포함하는 상기 수소첨가탈황된 중질 분획을 회수하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제 11항에 있어서,
상기 가스 오일로서 상기 중질 분획의 일부분을 사용하는 단계;
상기 혼합 단계로 상기 분리된 가스 오일의 일부분을 재순환시키는 단계; 및
퍼지(purge)로써 상기 중질 나프타 분획을 수소첨가탈황하는 단계에 상기 분리된 가스 오일의 적어도 일부분을 공급하는 단계;를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물을 접촉시키는 단계를 위한 상기 수소첨가탈황 반응기는 하강유동 트리클 베드 반응기인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 10 ppm 미만으로 탄화수소 스트림의 황함량을 감소시키기 위한 시스템에 있어서,
디엔류 및 메르캅탄류의 적어도 일부를 티오에테르류로 전환시키고 디엔류의 적어도 일부를 수소첨가반응 시키기 위해 수소첨가반응 촉매와 전 범위 분해 나프타를 접촉시키기 위한 수소첨가 반응기;
상기 전 범위 분해 나프타를 경질 나프타 분획, 중간질 나프타 분획 및 중질 나프타 분획으로 분류하기 위한 분리 시스템;
상기 중질 나프타 분획을 수소첨가탈황하기 위한 수소첨가탈황 반응기;
감소된 디엔 함량을 가지는 유출액을 얻기 위해 상기 중간질 나프타 분획 내의 디엔을 수소와 반응시키기 위한, 선택적인 수소첨가반응 촉매를 포함하는 반응 구역을 포함하는 고정 베드 반응기;
혼합물을 형성하기 위해 상기 감소된 디엔 함량을 가지는 유출액을 수소 및 가스 오일과 혼합하기 위한 혼합 장치;
황화수소, 미반응 수소 및 감소된 황 농도를 가지는 중간질 나프타 분획을 포함하는 반응기 유출액을 생산하기 위해 상기 혼합물을 수소첨가탈황 촉매와 접촉시키기 위한 수소첨가탈황 반응기; 및
상기 가스 오일, 상기 미반응 수소 및 황화수소로부터 감소된 황 농도를 가지는 상기 중간질 나프타 분획을 분리하기 위한 분리 시스템
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물을 가열하기 위한 가열기를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 탄화수소 스트림의 황 함량을 감소시키기 위한 공정에 있어서,
디엔류 및 메르캅탄류의 적어도 일부분을 티오에테르류로 전환하고 디엔류의 적어도 일부분을 수소첨가반응하기 위해 전 범위 분해 나프타를 수소첨가반응 촉매와 접촉시키는 단계;
상기 전 범위 분해 나프타를
- 15 ppm 미만의 황함량과 120°F에서 190°F까지의 범위에서 비등범위 최종점을 가지는 경질 나프타 분획,
- 150°F 미만의, 최종점 온도에서 초기 비등점 온도를 뺀, 비등범위를 가지는 중간질 나프타 분획, 및
- 230°F에서 270°F까지의 범위에서 초기 비등점을 가지는 중질 나프타 분획
으로 분류하는 단계;
12 ppm 미만의 황함량을 가지는 수소첨가탈황된 중질 나프타 분획을 생산하기 위해 상기 중질 나프타 분획을 수소첨가탈황 시키는 단계;
혼합물을 형성하기 위해 상기 중간질 나프타 분획을 수소 및 가스 오일과 혼합하는 단계;
상기 혼합물을 가열하는 단계;
황화수소, 미반응 수소 및 감소된 황 농도를 가지는 중간질 나프타 분획을 포함하는 반응기 유출액을 생산하기 위해 수소첨가탈황 반응기에서 수소첨가탈황 촉매와 상기 가열된 혼합물을 접촉시키는 단계;
5 ppm 미만의 황함량을 가지고 감소된 황 농도를 가지는 중간질 나프타 분획을 생산하기 위해 상기 가스 오일, 상기 미반응 수소 및 황화수소로부터 감소된 황 농도를 가지는 상기 중간질 나프타 분획을 분리하는 단계; 및
10 ppm 또는 그 이하의 황함량을 가지는 전 범위 나프타 산물을 생산하기 위해 상기 경질 나프타 분획, 감소된 황 농도를 가지는 상기 중간질 나프타 분획, 및 상기 수소첨가탈황된 중질 나프타 분획을 혼합하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
