Claims (7)
- 수용성 비닐 모노머 (a1) 및/또는 가수분해에 의해 수용성 비닐 모노머 (a1) 이 되는 비닐 모노머 (a2) 그리고 가교제 (b) 를 필수 구성 단위로 하는 가교 중합체 (A) 를 함유하는 수지 입자 (B) 를, 탄소수 4 이하의 다가 알코올 (c), 다가 금속염 (d) 및 다가 글리시딜 화합물 (e) 를 사용하여 이하의 방법 [I] ∼ [III] 중 어느 것으로 표면 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 액체 흡수성 수지 입자 (P) 의 제조 방법 ;
방법 [I] :
탄소수 4 이하의 다가 알코올 (c), 다가 금속염 (d), 다가 글리시딜 화합물 (e) 및 물을 함유하는 혼합액 (W1) 을 사용하여 수지 입자 (B) 를 표면 처리하는 방법 ;
방법 [II] :
탄소수 4 이하의 다가 알코올 (c), 다가 글리시딜 화합물 (e) 및 물을 함유하고, 다가 금속염 (d) 를 함유하지 않는 혼합액 (W2) 와, 탄소수 4 이하의 다가 알코올 (c), 다가 금속염 (d) 및 물을 함유하고, 다가 글리시딜 화합물 (e) 를 함유하지 않는 혼합액 (W3) 을 사용하여 수지 입자 (B) 를 표면 처리하는 방법으로서, 이하의 (1) ∼ (3) 의 공정 중 어느 것을 포함하는 방법 :
(1) 혼합액 (W2) 로 수지 입자 (B) 를 표면 처리한 후, 가열 처리를 실시하거나 또는 가열 처리를 실시하지 않고, 혼합액 (W3) 으로 추가로 표면 처리하는 공정 ;
(2) 혼합액 (W3) 으로 수지 입자 (B) 를 표면 처리한 후, 가열 처리를 실시하거나 또는 가열 처리를 실시하지 않고, 혼합액 (W2) 로 추가로 표면 처리하는 공정 ;
(3) 혼합액 (W2) 와 혼합액 (W3) 으로 동시에 표면 처리하는 공정 ;
방법 [III] :
탄소수 4 이하의 다가 알코올 (c), 다가 글리시딜 화합물 (e) 및 물을 함유하고, 다가 금속염 (d) 를 함유하지 않는 혼합액 (W2) 와, 다가 금속염 (d) 및 물을 함유하고, 탄소수 4 이하의 다가 알코올 (c) 및 다가 글리시딜 화합물 (e) 를 함유하지 않는 혼합액 (W4) 를 사용하여 수지 입자 (B) 를 표면 처리하는 방법으로서, 이하의 (4) ∼ (6) 의 공정 중 어느 것을 포함하는 방법 :
(4) 혼합액 (W2) 로 수지 입자 (B) 를 표면 처리한 후, 가열 처리를 실시하지 않고 혼합액 (W4) 로 추가로 표면 처리하는 공정 ;
(5) 혼합액 (W4) 로 수지 입자 (B) 를 표면 처리한 후, 가열 처리를 실시하거나 또는 가열 처리를 실시하지 않고, 혼합액 (W2) 로 추가로 표면 처리하는 공정 ;
(6) 혼합액 (W2) 와 혼합액 (W4) 로 동시에 표면 처리하는 공정. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
무기 입자 (f) 를 사용하여 수지 입자를 표면 처리하는 공정을 포함하는 제조 방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
방법 [I] 에 있어서의 혼합액 (W1) 이 무기 입자 (f) 를 함유하고, 방법 [II] 에 있어서의 혼합액 (W2) 및/또는 혼합액 (W3) 이 무기 입자 (f) 를 함유하고, 방법 [III] 에 있어서의 혼합액 (W2) 및/또는 혼합액 (W4) 가 무기 입자 (f) 를 함유하는 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
다가 금속염 (d) 가 지르코늄, 알루미늄 또는 티타늄의 무기산염인 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 얻어지고, 에너지 분산형 X 선 분석법을 사용한 원소 매핑에 의해 구해지는 입자 표면의 다가 금속염 (d) 에 의한 피복률이 50 ∼ 100 % 인 수성 액체 흡수성 수지 입자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제조 방법을 이용하여 제조되는 수성 액체 흡수성 수지 입자를 포함하는 흡수체.
- 제 6 항에 기재된 흡수체를 구비한 흡수성 물품.
