Claims (10)
- 주사기 조립체는,
초음파 신호를 생성하고 초음파 신호의 반사를 수신하는 초음파 구성 요소(an ultrasonic element),
제1 접속 단자 및 제2 접속 단자를 포함하고, 제1 접속 단자를 통해 초음파 구성 요소와 연결하는 가이드 튜브, 및
제2 접속 단자를 통해 가이드 튜브와 연결하는 주사기를 포함하는 주사기 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가이드 튜브에 샘플링 헤드(sampling head)를 배치시키기 위해 제3 접속 단자를 더 포함하는 주사기 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 접속 단자 및 제2 접속 단자가 동축으로 배치되는 주사기 조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 접속 단자, 제2 접속 단자 및 제3 접속 단자가 서로 연결되는 주사기 조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 파형 수렴 홀(waveform convergence hole)이 제1 접속 단자 및 제3 접속 단자 사이에 위치되는 주사기 조립체.
- 주사 방법은,
피검액체(to-be-tested liquid)로 주사기 조립체를 투입하고,
주사기 조립체의 샘플링 헤드 내에서 액상 높이를 검출하기 위해 주사기 조립체의 초음파 구성 요소에 의해 신호를 연속으로 생성하고,
주사기 조립체의 주사기에 의해 흡인 과정을 수행하고, 샘플링 헤드 내로 피검액체를 흡인하고, 및
흡인 과정과 액상 높이를 동시에 비교하는 것을 포함하고,
액상 높이가 흡인 과정과 일치하지 않는다고 측정될 때 흡인 과정이 즉각 중단되는 것을 특징으로하는 주사 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 주사기 조립체는 제1 접속 단자 및 제2 접속 단자를 포함하는 가이드 튜브를 더 포함하며, 상기 가이드 튜브는 제1 접속 단자를 통해 초음파 구성 요소와 연결되고, 그리고 주사기는 제2 접속 단자를 통해 가이드 튜브와 연결되는 주사 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 가이드 튜브에 샘플링 헤드를 배치하기 위해 제3 접속 단자를 추가로 구성하는 주사 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 제1 접속 단자, 제2 접속 단자 및 제3 접속 단자가 서로 연결되는 주사 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 파형 수렴 홀이 제1 접속 단자와 제3 접속 단자 사이에 위치하고 있는 주사 방법.
