Claims (6)
- 커플드 토션 빔 액슬의 양측 트레일링 암 선단에 형성된 부시 브라켓에 압입되어 차체 브라켓에 의해 연결되는 커플드 토션 빔 액슬용 부시유닛에 있어서,
상기 부시 브라켓에 압입되는 원통형의 아웃터 파이프;
상기 아웃터 파이프의 중심부에 위치하여 상기 차체 브라켓에 부시 볼트를 통하여 체결되는 원통형의 인너 파이프;
상기 아웃터 파이프와 인너 파이프 사이의 내부에 개재되어 접착되는 제1 탄성체; 및
상기 인너 파이프가 노출되도록 중앙에 관통홀이 형성되며, 상기 아웃터 파이프와 인너 파이프 사이의 양단에 각각 끼워지는 탄성 커버체;
를 포함하는 커플드 토션 빔 액슬용 부시유닛. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄성 커버체는
상기 아웃터 파이프의 단부에 끼워도록 일면에 단차면을 형성하는 제2 탄성체; 및
상기 제2 탄성체의 타면에 접합되는 커버체;
로 이루어지는 커플드 토션 빔 액슬용 부시유닛. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 탄성체는
상기 제2 탄성체에 비하여 소프트한 재질로 이루어지는 커플드 토션 빔 액슬용 부시유닛. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 탄성체는 우레탄 소재로 이루어지며, 상기 제2 탄성체는 고무 소재로 이루어지는 커플드 토션 빔 액슬용 부시유닛. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 커버체는
플라스틱 소재로 이루어지는 커플드 토션 빔 액슬용 부시유닛. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 탄성 커버체는
상기 아웃터 파이프가 부시 브라켓에 압입된 상태로, 상기 제2 탄성체의 단차면을 통하여 상기 아웃터 파이프의 단부에 끼워져 상기 차체 브라켓의 내부에서 상기 아웃터 파이프와 부시 브라켓의 양단을 함께 지지하는 커플드 토션 빔 액슬용 부시유닛.
