Claims (15)
- 복수의 배터리셀과, 상기 복수의 배터리셀들 사이에 배치되는 히트파이프를 구비하는 배터리모듈; 및
상기 배터리모듈을 차체에 고정하는 복수의 마운팅멤버를 포함하고,
상기 히트파이프는,
상기 복수의 배터리셀들 사이에서 열에너지를 흡수하여, 상기 복수의 마운팅멤버들 사이에서 열에너지를 배출하는 배터리.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 히트파이프는 'L'자 형상이고 상기 배터리셀의 단부에서 절곡 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 배터리모듈은 하우징이 형성되며, 상기 하우징에는 상기 마운팅멤버와 체결 가능하도록 마운팅부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 복수의 마운팅멤버들 사이에 배치되고 상기 히트파이프와 열교환하는 냉각수가 유동하는 냉각블록을 더 포함하는 배터리.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 마운팅멤버는 소정 높이를 형성하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 마운팅멤버와 상기 냉각블록이 구비된 상기 배터리모듈 외측을 커버하는 케이스가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 배터리모듈의 냉각블록 저면과 상기 케이스 내부면 사이에는 단열을 보강하기 위한 단열패드가 추가로 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 마운팅멤버는 한 쌍이 구비되어 상기 복수의 배터리모듈 양단을 체결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 냉각블록은 상기 배터리모듈 하부에 구비되는 동시에 상기 한 쌍의 마운팅멤버 사이에 구비되어 상기 케이스의 상하 높이를 최소화시킬 수 있게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 히트파이프는 내부에 모세관 구조의 윅(wick)이 형성되며, 내부에 가스를 포함하고 있는 밀폐형 파이프인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 배터리모듈은 냉각수 누수 시 고전압 단락을 방지하도록 상기 배터리모듈 하부로부터 소정높이에 센싱용 커넥터가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 복수의 배터리셀을 구비하는 배터리모듈;
상기 배터리모듈을 차체에 고정하는 복수의 마운팅멤버; 및
상기 복수의 마운팅멤버들 사이에 배치되며 상기 복수의 배터리셀과 열교환하는 냉각수가 유동하는 냉각블록을 포함하는 배터리.
- 청구항 12에 있어서,
상기 배터리모듈은, 외측에 마운팅부가 형성된 하우징이 구비되며, 상기 하우징 내부에서 상기 배터리셀 사이에 배치되는 히트파이프가 구비되는 배터리.
- 청구항 12에 있어서,
상기 냉각블록은, 상기 복수의 배터리모듈 하부에 구비되는 동시에 상기 마운팅멤버 사이에 구비되어 냉각수를 이동시켜 상기 복수의 배터리모듈을 냉각시키는 배터리.
- 청구항 12에 있어서,
상기 마운팅멤버와 상기 냉각블록이 구비된 상기 배터리모듈 외측을 커버하는 케이스가 형성되며, 상기 배터리모듈의 냉각블록 저면과 상기 케이스 내부면 사이에는 단열을 보강하기 위한 단열패드가 추가로 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
