Claims (5)
- 電池モジュールを積層した電池モジュール積層体を平面的に配列した電池モジュール群を保持するための板状のロアケースを備えた組電池であって、
前記電池モジュール積層体が並列に並べられて載置される樹脂製の前記ロアケースの本体部内に、前記電池モジュール積層体が載置される個々の載置面毎に、インサートモールドされた金属フレームを有し、
前記金属フレームが前記電池モジュール積層体の配列方向に互いに電気的に絶縁された状態で配置されていることを特徴とする組電池。 - 前記ロアケースの金属フレームが各電池モジュール積層体の横幅に対応して離間された縦架材とこの縦架材間に架け渡した横架材から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組電池。
- 前記ロアケースの本体部の樹脂が、前記金属フレームの縦架材の前記電池モジュールに対向する面及びこれと反対側の面を覆っていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の組電池。
- 前記電池モジュール積層体と前記ロアケースとの間には、前記電池モジュールを冷却するための冷却風が流れる冷却流路を有し、前記金属フレームの横架材の少なくとも一部が、この冷却流路に露出していることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の組電池。
- 前記組電池は車両に搭載され、前記ロアケースの本体部を前記車両に固定するための固定箇所が、前記本体部における前記金属フレームより外側の部位に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の組電池。
