Claims (9)
- 배터리를 수용하는 하우징; 및
상기 하우징에 배터리를 장착하기 위하여 상기 하우징에 결합되어 일체로 성형되되, 복수의 결합부재가 연결부재에 의해 미리 연결조립된 결합부재 조립체;를 포함하고,
상기 하우징은 섬유 강화플라스틱을 재질로 포함하며,
상기 결합부재 조립체는,
상기 하우징의 압축 성형시 금형에 미리 배치되어 상기 하우징과 일체로 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 케이스.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 결합부재 조립체는,
일정간격으로 이격되어 배치되는 복수의 결합부재와,
상기 복수의 결합부재를 연결하는 연결부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 케이스.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 결합부재 조립체는 금속을 재질로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 케이스.
- 삭제
- 복수의 결합부재가 연결부재에 의해 미리 연결조립된 결합부재 조립체를 금형에 삽입시키는 결합부재 조립체 인서트 공정;
용융된 수지를 금형에 주입하는 수지공급 공정;
금형을 폐쇄하여 용융된 수지에 의해 소정의 형상으로 하우징을 성형함으로써 하우징의 일면에 상기 복수의 결합부재가 연결부재에 의해 미리 연결조립된 결합부재 조립체를 일체로 성형하는 배터리 케이스 성형공정 및;
성형된 배터리 케이스를 냉각시키는 냉각공정;을 포함하고,
상기 수지공급 공정은,
섬유 강화플라스틱을 재질로 포함하는 수지를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 케이스 제조방법
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 결합부재 조립체 인서트 공정은,
금속재질의 결합부재 조립체를 금형에 삽입하는 것에 의함을 특징으로 하는 배터리 케이스 제조방법.

상기 배터리 케이스 성형공정은,
압축성형 방식을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 케이스 제조방법.
