Claims (11)
- 적어도 하나의 배터리 셀을 포함하는 배터리 셀 어셈블리;
냉매는 절연유이고, 상기 배터리 셀을 냉각시키도록 냉매가 유입 및 유출되는 유입부와 유출부가 일측에 마련되며, 상기 배터리 셀 어셈블리를 수용하되 상기 배터리 셀 어셈블리를 고정 및 지지하는 팩 케이싱; 및
상기 각각의 배터리 셀에 접촉되며 냉각되도록 상기 유입부 및 유출부와 연통되게 연결되어 상기 팩 케이싱 내부로 상기 냉매를 공급 및 순환시키는 냉매 공급순환유닛을 포함하고,
상기 팩 케이싱은,
상기 배터리 셀 어셈블리가 수납되는 수납공간을 형성하도록 복수의 가로구획격벽 및 세로구획격벽이 마련되는 케이싱본체;
상기 케이싱본체의 상면에 마련되는 케이싱커버; 및
상기 케이싱커버 상에 마련되며, 상기 배터리 셀 어셈블리를 탄성 가압하는 탄성가압부를 포함하며,
상기 가로구획격벽 및 세로구획격벽에는 적어도 하나 이상의 냉매순환홀이 형성되고,
상기 냉매 공급순환유닛을 통해 상기 냉매가 상기 가로구획격벽 및 세로구획격벽을 포함하는 팩 케이싱 내부를 순환하도록 상기 팩 케이싱은 밀봉 구조로 마련되고,
상기 냉매는 상기 팩 케이싱 내에서 상기 배터리 셀 어셈블리 사이의 공간에 채워지거나, 또는, 복수의 배터리 셀 각각의 사이의 공간에 채워져 배터리 셀 어셈블리가 잠기도록 마련되며,
상기 탄성가압부는 한 쌍의 경사구간과 상기 경사구간이 끝나는 지점을 상호 연결하되 상기 케이싱커버의 판면으로부터 함몰 형성된 함몰구간이 형성되며,
상기 탄성가압부는, 상기 함몰구간 중 적어도 일부 영역이 상기 배터리 셀 어셈블리의 상면을 접촉 지지하여 하방으로 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 케이싱본체에는, 상기 배터리 셀의 판면에 대응되게 내측으로 경사지거나 또는 직각으로 함몰 형성되어 상기 배터리 셀 어셈블리가 안착되는 안착홈부가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 배터리 셀 어셈블리와 상기 탄성가압부 사이에는 상호 고정시키는 접착부재가 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 케이싱본체와 상기 케이싱커버는 체결용 나사로 나사 결합되며,
상기 케이싱커버에는 상기 탄성가압부 둘레를 따라 규칙적으로 소정 간격 이격되면서 두께방향으로 관통 형성되는 제1 결합공과, 상기 가로구획격벽 및 세로구획격벽에는 길이방향을 따라 상기 제1 결합공에 대응되는 위치에서 상기 체결용 나사가 수용되는 제2 결합공이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제1 결합공 내측에서 길이방향을 따라 함몰 형성되어 상기 체결용 나사가 안착 지지되는 안착지지부가 마련되며,
상기 안착지지부 및 상기 제2 결합공의 상면 둘레 사이에 상기 냉매의 외부 유출을 방지하는 실링부재가 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 케이싱커버와 상기 탄성가압부는 프레스 가공에 의해 일체로 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 팩 케이싱은 알루미늄 재질로 제작되며,
상기 냉매는 절연유인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제1항, 제3항, 제5항 내지 제7항 및 제9항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 배터리 팩을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차.
