Claims (10)
- バッテリーモジュールであって、
少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルを含む複数個のバッテリーセル組立体と、
前記複数個のバッテリーセル組立体の長手方向に沿って形成され、前記長手方向において前記複数個のバッテリーセル組立体を一列に収納するモジュールフレームと、
を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数個のバッテリーセル組立体は、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルを含む第1バッテリーセル組立体と、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルを含む第2バッテリーセル組立体と、
を含み、
前記モジュールフレームには、前記第1バッテリーセル組立体及び前記第2バッテリーセル組立体が摺動によって挿入されることで取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記モジュールフレームの一側には、前記第1バッテリーセル組立体が摺動によって挿入されており、
前記モジュールフレームの他側には、前記第2バッテリーセル組立体が摺動によって挿入されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記モジュールフレームの一側をカバーする前方カバーと、
前記前方カバーと対向して配置され、前記モジュールフレームの他側をカバーする後方カバーと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記前方カバーは、
前記モジュールフレームの一側をカバーする大きさを有する前方エンドプレートと、
前記前方エンドプレートの後方に配置され、前記バッテリーセル組立体と対向する前方シーリングプレートと、
前記前方シーリングプレートの周縁に塗布された前方シーラントと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記後方カバーは、
前記モジュールフレームの他側をカバーする大きさを有する後方エンドプレートと、
前記後方エンドプレートの前方に配置され、前記バッテリーセル組立体と対向する後方シーリングプレートと、
前記後方シーリングプレートの周縁に塗布された後方シーラントと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記モジュールフレームには、前記複数個のバッテリーセル組立体の冷却のための少なくとも一つの冷却流路が備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記少なくとも一つの冷却流路は、前記モジュールフレームの長手方向に沿って形成されており、前記モジュールフレームの底部の内側に備えられることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- バッテリーパックであって、
請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを複数個含み、
前記複数個のバッテリーモジュールは、前記モジュールフレームの幅方向に沿って並んで配置されており、前記幅方向において対向するモジュールフレーム同士のボルト締めによって相互に接続されていることを特徴とする、バッテリーパック。 - 請求項9に記載のバッテリーパックを少なくとも一つ含むことを特徴とする、自動車。
