Claims (22)
- 하기 식 I의 화학적 구조를 가지는 물질의 조성물:
식 Ⅰ
상기 식에서,
n은 1, 2, 또는 3 이고, 질소 원자 사이의 페닐 고리는 서로 연결 및 질소 원자에 각 결합에 대하여 독립적으로 선택되는 파라 또는 메타 배치로 결합될 수 있으며,
각각의 R1, R2, R3 및 R4 는 독립적으로 하기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고,
상기 점선은 상기 식 I 내의 질소 원자와 결합되는 위치를 나타내고,
R1, R2, R3 및 R4 중 하나 이상은 하기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되며,
각각의 R1, R2, R3 및 R4는, R1, R2, R3 및 R4에 융합되지 않는 치환기로 더 치환될 수 있다. - 애노드;
캐소드;
애노드와 캐소드 사이에 배치되고 호스트와 인광성 도판트를 더 포함하는 유기 발광 층;
애노드와 유기 발광 층 사이에 배치되고, 유기 발광 층과 직접 접촉되어있으며, 정공 수송 물질을 포함하는 유기 정공 수송 층;
을 포함하는 유기 발광 소자에 있어서,
상기 정공 수송 물질은 하기 식 I의 구조를 가지는 것인 유기 발광 소자:

각각의 R1, R2, R3 및 R4 는 독립적으로 하기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고,
상기 점선은 상기 식 I 내의 질소 원자와 결합되는 위치를 나타내고,
R1, R2, R3 및 R4 중 하나 이상은 하기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되며,
각각의 R1, R2, R3 및 R4는, R1, R2, R3 및 R4에 융합되지 않는 치환기로 더 치환될 수 있다. - 제18항에 있어서, 상기 도판트는 유기 금속 이리듐 물질인 것인 유기 발광 소자.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 호스트는 벤조-융합 티오펜을 함유하는 트리페닐렌을 포함하는 화합물인 것인 유기 발광 소자.
