Claims (7)
- Zr 및 Ti 중 1 종 또는 2 종을 합계로 0.01 ∼ 0.50 질량% 함유하고, 잔부가 구리 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지고, 70 %IACS 이상의 도전율, 및 350 ㎫ 이상의 0.2 % 내력을 갖고, 또한 0.2 % 내력 σ (㎫) 와 연신율 L (%) 이 σ/L ≤ 150 의 관계를 만족시키는 구리 합금판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
Zr 및 Ti 중 1 종 또는 2 종을 합계로 0.015 ∼ 0.3 질량% 함유하는 구리 합금판. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
X 선 회절법을 사용하여, 압연면에 있어서 두께 방향으로 구한 {220} 면의 X 선 회절 적분 강도를 I{220} 으로 하고, 순구리 분말 표준 시료의 {220} 면으로부터의 X 선 회절 적분 강도를 I0{220} 으로 했을 때에, I{220}/I0{220} ≥ 4.0 인 구리 합금판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
W 굽힘 시험에 있어서의 압연 평행 방향 (GW 방향) 및 압연 직각 방향 (BW 방향) 의 최소 굽힘 반경/판두께 (MBR/t) 가, MBR/t ≤ 2.0 으로 주어지는 구리 합금판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
에릭센 시험에 있어서의 에릭센값/판두께가 0.5 이상인 구리 합금판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 구리 합금판을 구비하는 대전류용 전자 부품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 구리 합금판을 구비하는 방열용 전자 부품.
