Claims (13)
- 하나 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트 및 하나 이상의 폴리에스테르 폴리올을 기초로 한 폴리우레탄으로서, 폴리에스테르 폴리올은 하나 이상의 다가 알콜, 및 2 이상 디카르복실산의 혼합물을 기초로 하고, 2 이상 디카르복실산 중 하나 이상은 재생 가능한 원료로부터 적어도 부분적으로 얻어지는 것인 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄은 하나 이상의 사슬 연장제를 포함하는 것인 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄은 열가소성 폴리우레탄인 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 다가 알콜은 지방족 C2 내지 C6 디올로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 다가 알콜은 1,3-프로판디올 및 1,4-부탄디올로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 다가 알콜은 재생 가능한 원료로부터 적어도 부분적으로 얻어진 1,3-프로판디올인 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 2 이상 디카르복실산의 혼합물은 재생 가능한 원료로부터 적어도 부분적으로 얻어진 세바스산을 포함하는 것인 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 2 이상 디카르복실산의 혼합물은 재생 가능한 원료부터 적어도 부분적으로 얻어진 세바스산, 및 아디프산을 포함하는 것인 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트는 2,2'-, 2,4'- 및 4,4'-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트(MDI), 2,4- 및 2,6-톨릴렌 디이소시아네이트(TDI), 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트 및 1-이소시아네이토-4-[(4-이소시아네이토시클로헥실)메틸]시클로헥산(H12MDI)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 사슬 연장제는 C2 내지 C6 디올로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 폴리우레탄.
- 열가소성 폴리우레탄을 제조하는 방법으로서, 하나 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트와 하나 이상의 폴리에스테르 폴리올을 반응시키는 단계를 적어도 포함하고, 여기서 폴리에스테르 폴리올은 하나 이상의 다가 알콜, 및 2 이상 디카르복실산의 혼합물을 기초로 하고, 2 이상 디카르복실산 중 하나 이상은 재생 가능한 원료로부터 적어도 부분적으로 얻어지는 것인 방법.
- 성형품, 호스, 자가 지지 필름/시트, 부직 물품 또는 섬유의 제조에서 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 폴리우레탄 또는 제11항에 따른 방법에 의해 얻을 수 있는 폴리우레탄을 이용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 폴리우레탄 또는 제11항에 따른 방법에 의해 얻을 수 있는 폴리우레탄을 포함하는 성형품, 자가 지지 필름/시트, 호스, 부직 물품 또는 섬유.
