도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 리니어 센서의 단면도 및 리니어 센서의 스트로크 영역과 오버 스트로크 구간을 나타내는 그래프.
도 3은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 의한 리니어 센서의 스트로크 영역과 오버 스트로크 구간을 나타내는 그래프.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 모터 공급 전류의 변경을 도시하는 그래프.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 모터 회전속도의 변경을 도시하는 그래프.

Claims (6)
- 리드 스크류와 연동하여 이동하는 리니어 센서가 스트로크 영역(a) 중에서 예비 구간(A)에 진입하였는지 여부를 판단하는 단계(S1); 및
상기 리니어 센서가 상기 예비 구간(A)에 진입한 경우, 상기 리드 스크류의 이동을 제한하는 단계(S2)를 포함하는 후륜 조향 시스템의 오버 스트로크 방지 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 리니어 센서가 상기 예비 구간(A)을 넘어서 오버 스트로크 구간(b, c)에 진입하였는지 여부를 판단하는 단계(S3); 및
상기 리니어 센서가 상기 오버 스트로크 구간(b, c)에 진입한 경우, 상기 리드 스크류의 이동 방향을 전환시키는 단계(S4)를 더 포함하는 후륜 조향 시스템의 오버 스트로크 방지 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 리니어 센서는 제 1 센서 출력과 제 2 센서 출력을 갖고,
상기 진입 여부 판단 단계(S1, S3)에서 제어기는 상기 제 1 센서 출력과 상기 제 2 센서 출력 간의 차이값을 이용하는 후륜 조향 시스템의 오버 스트로크 방지 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 이동 제한 단계(S2)에서 제어기는 상기 리드 스크류에 연결되는 모터의 속도를 감소시키는 후륜 조향 시스템의 오버 스트로크 방지 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 이동 제한 단계(S2)에서 제어기는 상기 리드 스크류에 연결되는 모터에 공급되는 전류를 감소시키는 후륜 조향 시스템의 오버 스트로크 방지 방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 이동 방향 전환 단계(S4)에서 제어기는 상기 리드 스크류에 연결되는 모터에 공급되는 전류의 극성을 변경시키는 후륜 조향 시스템의 오버 스트로크 방지 방법.
