Claims (2)
- 피복 아크 용접봉 전체 질량당, 피복제 중에, 금속 탄산염을 CO2 환산값으로 5∼10질량%, 알칼리 금속 산화물을 알칼리 금속 환산값으로 0.4∼2.0질량%, 불소 화합물을 F 환산값으로 1.0∼5.0질량% 포함하고,
피복 아크 용접봉의 심선 및 피복제 중 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽의 합계로, 피복 아크 용접봉 전체 질량당, C: 0.04∼0.15질량%, Si: 1.0∼1.5질량%, Mn: 0.7∼1.2질량%, Cr: 1.3∼1.9질량%, Mo: 0.5∼1.0질량%, V: 0.3∼0.5질량%, Nb: 0.02∼0.06질량%, B: 0.005∼0.015질량%, Mg: 0.05∼0.15질량%, Fe: 60∼75질량% 포함하고, 불가피 불순물로서, Cu, Ni, Ti, Al, Ta, Co 및 W의 총합이 0.10질량% 이하, S, Sn, As, Sb, Pb 및 Bi의 총합이 0.10질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 아크 용접봉. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 피복 아크 용접봉의 심선 및 피복제 중 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽의 합계로, 피복 아크 용접봉 전체 질량당, C: 0.05∼0.10질량%, Si: 1.0∼1.3질량%, Mn: 0.8∼1.2질량%, Cr: 1.3∼1.9질량%, Mo: 0.5∼1.0질량%, V: 0.3∼0.5질량%, Nb: 0.02∼0.06질량%, B: 0.005∼0.015질량%, Mg: 0.05∼0.10질량%, Fe: 60∼75질량% 포함하고, 불가피 불순물로서, Cu, Ni, Ti, Al, Ta, Co 및 W의 총합이 0.10질량% 이하, S, Sn, As, Sb, Pb 및 Bi의 총합이 0.10질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 아크 용접봉.
