도 2는, 제 1 실시형태에 관한 V 리브드 벨트를 이용한 자동차 보조기계(補助機械) 구동용 벨트 전동 장치의 풀리 레이아웃을 나타내는 도이다.
도 3(a)∼도 3(c)는, 제 1 실시형태에 관한 V 리브드 벨트의 제조방법을 나타내는 설명도이다.
도 4는, 제 2 실시형태에 관한 평 벨트의 사시도이다.
도 5는, 제 2 실시형태에 관한 평 벨트를 이용한 벨트 전동장치의 풀리 레이아웃을 나타내는 도이다.
도 6은, 심선 박리 접착 시험용 테스트 피스(test piece)의 사시도이다.
도 7은, 심선의 박리 접착력을 측정한 테스트 차트(test chart)를 예시한 도이다.

Claims (12)
- 고무 조성물로 형성된 벨트 본체에 심선(心線)이 매설(埋設)된 전동 벨트에 있어서,
상기 벨트 본체 중 적어도 상기 심선이 접촉하는 부분은, 에틸렌-α-올레핀 엘라스토머(ethylene-α-olefin elastomer)를 고무성분으로 하고, 상기 고무성분에 대해 α,β-불포화 지방산 금속염이 배합됨과 동시에 유황에 의해 가교된 고무 조성물로 형성되는 전동 벨트. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 유황의 배합량이, 상기 고무성분 100질량부에 대해 2∼4질량부인 전동 벨트. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 α,β-불포화 지방산 금속염의 배합량이, 상기 고무성분 100질량부에 대해 0.5∼5질량부인 전동 벨트. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 α,β-불포화 지방산 금속염이 디메타크릴산 아연(zinc dimethacrylate)인 전동 벨트. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 벨트 본체 중 적어도 상기 심선이 접촉하는 부분을 형성하는 고무 조성물에는, 카본 블랙(carbon black) 및 실리카(silica)가 추가로 배합되고,
상기 실리카의 배합량이, 상기 카본 블랙의 배합량에 대해 75질량% 이상인 전동 벨트. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 카본 블랙 및 상기 실리카의 합계 배합량이, 상기 고무성분 100질량부에 대해 70∼100질량부인 전동 벨트. - 청구항 5 또는 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 카본 블랙의 배합량이, 상기 고무성분 100질량부에 대해 10∼60 질량부인 전동 벨트. - 청구항 5 내지 청구항 7 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 실리카의 배합량이, 상기 고무성분 100질량부에 대해 20∼100질량부인 전동 벨트. - 청구항 5 내지 청구항 8 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 카본 블랙이 FEF 카본 블랙인 전동 벨트. - 청구항 5 내지 청구항 9 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 실리카의 BET 흡착 비표면적(比表面積)이 50∼200㎠/g인 전동 벨트. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 10 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 고무 조성물의 120℃에서의 복소 탄성률(complex modulus)이 20∼30㎫인 전동 벨트. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 11 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 벨트 본체가, V 리브드 벨트 본체 또는 평 벨트 본체인 전동 벨트.
